Don’t do it. My very conservative father drives an extra 15 minutes out of the way just to avoid visiting this location and to avoid dealing with the gloom showcased here. I tend to agree. We've found the nearest other location is always friendly, are capable in maintaining order in their business daily, quick, and are simply always on the ball. Why go here again?

Terrible customer service. Someone from UPS corperate should have a sit down with them on how to treat customers and not be rude and say that UPS doesn't do that. Lost our business save the headache and go to the one at 99 they are great get you in and out quickly

A quiet place. The attendant was very calm, soft spoken and reserve. I liked it because I don't like noisy place. I have enough at home!

Staff are wonderful but I see that this store is very busy! I was waiting in line and saw a man fussing about buying tape even though he was kindly explained that amazon says it needs to be packaged by the buyer. Come on people it is 2023 and you are a grown man and you cant do it? People are a joke and rude now and days. This is a business not a place to get free things. Despite the attitude the staff gets and the pressure to perform while understaffed they do their best for the next customer! Loved their ability to still be friendly after getting yelled at by cheap/broke people with no morals or manners. Take it out on amazon not on these kind people. Keep up the good work! Its better to come here than the post office.

Awful service and rude… their timmings are not whats normally UPS has, door is broken, long lines and wait time..Response to owner*That is why it was accepted and shipped from another ups (u probably the only ups with its own rules) and by the way it was target package with label not amazon stop responding with fake replies.
