I was informed that Ulta does hair in the store. I made an appointment two weeks ago and was wow’d by Holly. She was great and does a really good job on Natural/transitioning hair. I only paid $55 which was the icing on the cake for me. So now I come back, as I’m in the bowl getting my hair washed I’m informed that the price was wrong the first time. Again, Holly does a great job. But still don’t have the exact amount until we’re done. The ticket today is for $99. Big difference. So I’ve already praised Ulta to my friends and family, now I experience this. Emilia (another stylist) adds by saying, yes you received a silk press. The ticket shows silk press/wrap&curl. I don’t have any curls in my hair. I know what a silk press is. So when I asked for names so I can be specific and clear on the review, Mahnoor (manager) walks up to me and doesn’t ask me anything, just starts speaking. Saying that the ticket was done wrong the last time and the salon called you to tell you about the difference so you were aware of the price before you started. Once she was done, I told her that NOBODY called me to discuss a price. And what kind of manager addresses a problem like that. She NEVER ask me what happened! Needless to say, Ulta lost my business today. Emilia and Manhnoor were both unprofessional.

Whatever you do! DO NOT go to Emilia to get your hair done! I got a pet and she completely destroyed my curls. I came in for a curly cut and as she was cutting my hair she noticed that the back of my hair from my neck line wasn’t curling. It was a straight line (idky) I told her it’s been like that for quite some time and that my natural curls just don’t curl on that section anymore. So she convinced me on getting a perm. Mind you in the process she was nice and chill. But she was multitasking so idk if she let me sit with the solution for too long or what but once she took my hair out of the tools my hair was DAMAGE! split ends and dry spot like if they were braking. Which I understand because a perm does damage your hair to a certain extent. But my hair wasn’t curly like it use to be. It’s more of a loose curl. So please be careful who you choose to touch your hair. A lot of people like to talk about how they’ve been in business for 10 years and they’ve been doing this for 10 years but don’t know how to do certain services. I think they should be upfront with it and not touch peoples hair. The two pictures that are with a black shirt were the next day and then the Blue shirt was three days later.

Pay attention at check out. My high school-aged daughter bought items at this location, and she asked the clerk to apply a coupon and points. She said that she would and then did neither. We didn’t realize it until we left and reviewed the receipt.

Holly W. at the salon is amazing! She really took her time and listened to what I wanted and made my hair beautiful again. Definitely recommend her. She’s awesome!

This location has the best kept Ulta Salon Secret... Emilia! Whether I need color, wash, trim or a new style, Emilia is an All Star Sylist that will get you in and out of the chair feeling like a whole new person. She is extremely knowledgeable about color and willing to help you ease into a new style if that's what you're looking for. Her blow-out and flat iron game is unmatched! I sincerely look forward to each appointment!

This has to be the dirtiest Ulta I have ever been to. Bathroom was filthy gross. The manager was pretty nice but some of the girls at the front shouldn’t be at the front. They have RBF and no customer service skills at all.

Love having my hair done by Emilia! She’s great at her job and always makes me laugh. Her positive attitude and skills can’t be beat. She’s also fast and I never have to wait. Her blowouts always leave my hair looking great, much smoother than I can ever do it myself.

I had a great experience at this Ulta location. I got color matched here by Alicia & she found my perfect shade. She also gave me great recommendations for products that work for my skin type. Everyone is this Ulta was so helpful & attentive. 😊

I recently visited Ulta to purchase a perfume as a gift. While I was testing several fragrances to find the perfect one, I noticed a store associate closely following me. She proceeded to lock up each perfume sample I tested, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It felt as if she was monitoring my every move, which not only disrupted my shopping experience but also made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I understand the need for security, but this behavior was over the top and quite off-putting. It would be great if Ulta could train their staff to be more considerate and less intrusive when assisting customers.

This company keeps going downhill no matter the location. The lack of service is an understatement. Nobody on the sales floor, I had to go to the register wait in line and ask for assistance. Somebody came over and first impression was the eye roll. I had three things in my cart, all on the app, one I changed my mind on and she threw it down, are you kidding me??? The cashier hated her job and seemed surprised I was a loyalty member. Looks I’ll be forfeiting my points and take my business to Sephora. I’m done giving second and third chances to this company.
