Booked an everyday application appointment with strip lashes and blowout hair service. Each service was a disappointment. Stylist was Illiana for all. She needed direction, a lot of it. Not what I signed up for at all on the day of an already stressful event. She took long in finding products to apply/match my skin until i realized she was looking for foundation- i suggested what i use currently. She didn't ask me what I'm wearing/ what color eye shadow i want so she did pink? Had to be changed to gold when i opened my eyes. Eyeliner was not pulled all the way thru to inner corner. It looked bad. My lashes were lifted on right eye and lifted during my event. Even when i nicely requested if it looked off during my visit, until i was handed a small mirror i realized it actually was lifted and needed to be fixed! And thats when i noticed around my nose, makeup was not blended out. Even the other stylist said "no its good" before i checked up close myself. Now on to hair, i asked for a simple blowout with middle part. She messed up my middle part and when the hair was looking flat one side she only offered to put hair spray in -which didn't do anything... so i suggested to tease the strand of hair and i was told "it will be charged as a styling service then, and that manager is on the floor so she will have to charge me for teasing the strands of hair she messed up on. I probably should have requested a manager, but i was losing my patience. I would hope the manager would encourage iliana to fix the mess up. After all i was asking to tease one small chunk of hair that SHE messed up on. If u want a happy customer, just do it- the job is atleast done right and i would have tipped generously then. I then asked if shes able to bobby pin 2 strands on the side, and again i was told i will be charged for styling service then. I took a deep sigh, paid for my services and kindly left disappointed. Never again. Mind you- my reference pics were done at another Ulta store and that artist did a good makeup service and hair service WITH a hair bow without charging extra! If i could post pictures of the difference i would, but its embarrassing, as someone who wanted to feel special on their baby shower, this was not a good experience

The most uncomfortable experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. Coming in, the lady at the front made eye contact with me, turned up her nose, and didn’t even say hello until (I’m guessing the manger) greeted me. As my husband and I were browsing, I noticed they were talking on their mics and staring our way (mind you, there were way more people that could’ve been attended to , than stalking us). When my husband was informing me about some fragrance he wanted me to try, some lady (who I thought was nice at first) interrupted our conversation and asked if we needed any assistance. Since my husband was interested in this certain fragrance and they had it locked, I did agree that we did. She assisted us and answered any questions we had, which was great. Up until I noticed she was still following us after I told her we no longer needed her help. In fact, followed us all the way to the cash register to make sure we paid, and when she saw that we did, she said something on her mic. I do want to note that the cashier was extremely sweet and made the experience somewhat more pleasant. I do know, I was looking rough (just got off a long shift) so I’m not sure if they thought we couldn’t afford anything. But I don’t think that’s right at all. I pray that this review is a learning experience and negative action doesn’t take place for these ladies, just wanted to make awareness.

I got my hair done by miss Nadia!! I had a lot of different colors going on and she fixed the situation. I love my hair so much now!!! I definitely recommend going to her!!! ? ? ?

This is my last time with Ulta in this month I received bad service twice I come to return an item and they said they need my debit card. I returned items before and y'all haven’t ask for my debit card make up your mind Ulta people. Said good bye to one of your “ platinum members “

Irresponsible employees and managers. Returned a dress from revolve at this location with happy returns. They never returned it, I called happy returns AND revolve and when I called to speak to the manager and asked her politely if she could just check again for me, she didn’t get out of her chair or put me on hold to check she just said “there’s no way it’s here”.

Carol and staff are awesome. One of my favorite places to go for shop and product therapy. The ladies here are helpful and patient and eager to helpWithout being pushy.The products are a little messy need to be wiped down more often is all. Other then that great selection orderly

I recently had a disappointing experience picking up my online order at this Ultra Store. The packaged products were used, and even though they exchanged some items and refunded one that was unavailable, there was no apology. It was unprofessional to package used products, and the lack of acknowledgement was frustrating. I hope they improve their online order pickup process in the future.
