Shameka Citizen is extremely professional and helpful. After reserving a 10" truck, and when a previous customer didn't return it on time, she had no choice but to schedule me for 4:15 pm the next day. However, she called me the following morning once it was brought back and changed my reservation to 10 am which helped me out tremendously. The service was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this U-Haul location to others especially if they are dealing with Shameka.

Very nice people, allowed me access to a trailer I reserved on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday when they're closed so I can handle my business. I really appreciate the good service. Will definitely use this place in the future.

Jason is a lazy p***** He was 20 minutes late for our reservation. When he FINALLY showed up he was full of excuses and rude as hell. I don't recommend EVER doing any kind of business with these people. There's lots of other places for storage and truck rentals
