I absolutely love the employees here, they make you feel so comfortable and do such an amazing job. This is my second visit and had to bring my sister and daughter this round. My first visit was sadly to prepare for my grandson's Mickey mouse themed funeral. The ladies were so very sweet, caring, even consoled me while I was there. I highly recommend them for not only their amazing services but also because they were all just so very sweet, kind, and caring. Thank you all for a very wonderful, uplifting visit.

DO NOT GET UR NAILS DONE HERE. absolutely horrible! all of our nails were messed up. charged me 40$ just for paint on my nails.

Super disappointing that I've come to this. Nails are mediocre. Only got them done because they "insisted" and it was convenient for ME. Allowed Mindy to do my lashes on numerous occasions. EVERY SINGLE TIME, She rushed me. Either her kids were calling or she'd walk out to help other employees then return to me in a rush. I'm new to Richmond and am seeking a lash tech. Holla at me..
