Target price match seem like a jokes. I go to there to price match for infant formula with Walgreen and the lady seem like supervisor yelling at me go to walgreen and buy it we don’t price match what a jokes ?

I visited on February 12th to purchase an item, and I as a Customer am well pleased with the excellent customer service I received from the young lady Ms.Ayelene, who appears to work in apparel. I asked for her to see if she can get me some assistance with the Health and Beauty Dept. in which I was looking for a particular nail polish. Instead of her trying to call for someone else to assist me, she told me I can help you, and walked me over to the area to give me many options. She went above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience as a customer. Management please give recognition to this young lady. I give her 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️??

Is there an issue with your phones? I’ve been trying to get someone on the line from guest services for an hour. I tried calling different departments and nothing. It just rings and rings and then finally disconnects. I don’t want to drive all the way out to this location for no reason.

Very clean store , very mannerism employees but customer service needs to be better on doing actually service instead of cutting corners.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Target. I had purchased live flowers as a gift for someone and the flowers on the inside of the bouquet were moldy. The customer service team did not help. I had a receipt and pictures but the customer service members wanted me to bring in the actual flowers! Go figure, who would save that, I had thrown the moldy flowers away!

Excellent job by check out staff. The checker patiently waited for me until I could get the Target app to work. My target app with my gift cards and offers was not working and he patiently waited for me to get it working again. This excellent customer service was provided on Sunday November 26 at between 4:30 to 6 PM. I cant remember the name of the gentleman but he deserves a raise and promotion for showing such great empathy and waiting for me to get my Target app working on my phone. Excellent customer service.
