It’s clearly evident that the workers here are prejudice. I’ve been here multiples times and the experience hasn’t changed. Won’t be going back.

Prefer this place to nearby Ross stores. It's a little cleaner and better organized. Good prices on name brands if/when they have the thing I'm looking for. Didn't find anything this time.

Probably the worst TJ Maxx I’ve ever been to. The men’s clothing selection is horrible, it is only about 1/10th of the store. Women’s clothing is about 7/10ths. I’ve never seen less of a selection in any of these types of clothing stores. What little bit there is of men’s clothing is extremely disorganized. There’s absolutely no rhyme or reason to where things are placed. Pants, shorts, polos, etc are all on racks together. A LOT of the sizes listed on the hangers are different than what the clothes actually are. Not sure what the employees are doing when they stock the racks. Horrible location, for men at least.

Clean store. The checkout moved slow. They had Elderberry tea, but no Youngerberry tea to be found.

the eyeshadow palettes were mostly used and cracked. blame the customers, not the store. not many finds other then the ones shown. clothing is not that good. better selection then Marshall’s or Ross.

My wife and I have been frequenting this location as it’s the nearest to us, and usually, it is a pleasant experience. However, the couple times it isn’t there is a common denominator, yvonne (or as I usually call her, “the fitting room lady”). She has a terrible staring problem and on our most recent trip was gossiping to another employee right next to us, about us. She even tried to play off her staring when I was vocal about what she had said. She is the only employee that has ever given us hassle and I am growing very tired of it. I bring my hard-earned dollars here to save a couple bucks on my favorite things, and the attitude we have received from her is completely unnecessary. Rather than focusing on us, maybe she should keep up with the mountain of clothes that dirty her area and perhaps that attitude of hers will change. At the end of the day we come for cute little candles, kitchen appliances, and maybe makeup (as a treat) and hate that our experience at this location has been sullied by a single employee and her antics. I hope in the future this is not the case and we can shop here comfortably, but until then the Fry Rd location, though further, will have our business.

I’m a regular and this place just gets worse and worse. Return policy is a scam. Last week I bought 4 dresses for my daughters graduation. I kept two of the 4 pieces and went to return the other two pieces. When I got there, there was only one cashier and a full line of customers. Eventually more cashiers came but still a very long wait. Once I was face to face with the cashier she told me she cannot do my return for one of the dresses because apparently the dress code wasn’t in my receipt which was impossible since I bought all 4 pieces the same day with the same card and cashier. After a lot of back and forth, the manager came and accused me of stealing the dress, thanked me for returning it, then switched up and told me when I want to return something I have to make sure the price code is the same as the piece you bought but how am I supposed to know the code number for each item? And accusing me of taking something! Then told me how we are only human and mistakes happen but the company should be the one paying the price on what their employee did NOT the costumer. What actually happened was that the day I bought the dress the cashier rung it up as something else or they put the wrong tag but whatever the case is, it was NOT my fault and they refused to give me a full refund and insisted that they can only do store credit. Which is ridiculous, how come I have to pay for a mistake one of their employees made? when you guys go, make sure they are ringing you up for the right pieces or you’ll be in the same position as me.

Such rude cashiers. A simple question to ask gets u embarrassed and get a rude response. It's not the first time and every time I daubt going back. This time, I will definitely not go back. Management, u need to teach your staff to be nice to customers, and they don't like the fact they are there to work with people and answer questions, then they need to be fired! Richmond TX location

Honestly if it wasn’t because I love the quality of stuff this company sells I wouldn’t even come here. Long lines always. Customer service is for the most part poor, and seems like they have a high turn over on employees always different which impacts the quality of service.

I strongly dislike this TJ Max. Anytime you walk in 15-25 ppl in line. Only 2 cashiers are there on a consistent basis.., doing returns exchanges, purchases. Plan to spend at least 30 min standing in line.
