I went to get my nails done today and I had my previous nails on and the nail teach ripped them off! What a painful and wonderful experience!! Then I showed a design (cheetah print french tips) I wanted and they said they could do it: The nail tech messes it up and argues with me that she did the design properly….so I had her take the design off and I went home with plain nails which I had to pay $50 for….

I’ve always had a great experience here at sunshine nails! I sunshine has great customer service, they are extremely professional I highly recommend this nail spa, you will NOT be disappointed. Great service always and you can call to make your appointment in advance!

The owner may be one of the best in the game, but her attitude is outta line. I have been coming to her for over 5 years, but the attitude has been far beyond previous years. She is argumentative and always ask about why I need a late appointment. It’s because I work a full time job! I’ve never heard her ask anyone else about whether they WFH or are in office when booking an appointment. I simply pay too much to have to justify my needs for an appointment during their business hours (I request a 6pm. They close at 7pm). Yet, they allow walk-ins after 6:30pm.

Been going to Tracy and Lindsay for 8 years and the only way I’ll stop going is if I move out of the Houston area. My nails last, my feet are happy when I leave and there customer service is impeccable

WOW! Ann is amazing! She greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in and instantly got started on my nails. I've never been to a shop where I was seated immediately I have always had to wait! She gave me this gorgeous full set! She was so fast and the nails were so neat!!! I cannot wait to come back for another set with Ann.

Ugly and inconsistent shape across the nails. Nail tech never asked me what I wanted and did her own puzzle shapes. Won't be back. Bad recommendation from someone.

Let me start with a full set is $45 and a refill is $40. That's the first problem. Where do they do that at? It took 2.5 hours for a basic pedicure. The design on my nails are the same on each hand and they wouldn't fix it. As long as you want basic it's great. Today was a bad day as the internet everywhere was done and I had to leave go to the bank and come back. No courtesy. Unless I can get the guy that works there to do my nails, I won't be back.

I'm new to the area so I have been searching for a new nail salon. I made an appointment at Sunshine nails and spa and requested an ombré powder set with "pixie dust" on two fingers. The tech tried to complete the design but couldn't. She stated it was her first time trying. I wish she would've stated that from the beginning. The design looked awful and she tried encouraging me to keep it. She literally drilled and started the design over at least 4 or more times until a guy decided to take over. I advised that I no longer wanted the design so I just decided on just ombré. After leaving my cuticles we're severely damaged. It's been over a month and they are still sore and trying to heal. I'm unable to have anything done to my nails until my cuticles are healed.
