THIS PLACE WAS WET, MUDDY FULL OF LARGE HOLES. NO PLACE TO PARK. THE ONLY THING THE GUY EXPLAINED WAS RETURN THE UHAUL WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF GAS WHICH I DID. THEN I GET MY RECEIPT AND I WAS CHARGED A $75.00 CLEANING FEE NOT SURE FOR WHAT THE WHOLE PLACE WAS WET AND MUDDY. BEWARE WHEN RENTING A UHAUL THEY WILL STICK IT TOO YOU.

Such a welcoming service by John. This place is very affordable and has a 24hrs access. John helped me find the right size storage unit and gave me there best deals. Also there uhaul was clean and serviced the right way. Had no issues and no complaints. Hope to see this service stays like this

Worse uhaul experience of my life, rented a truck that broke down right after being completely loaded,Stayed outside in freezing code until 4 am trying to start it... Miss my hotel check in so I got charged for no show.Morning after it takes them over 5 here to finally fix truck and before that they dispatch someone several states away from me!I truly don't ever want to use their services again.

We used the air conditioned storage and discovered visitors (roaches) in our belongings after our move. The lot where the Uhaul trucks are parked is a mud pit/BMX dirt track and could use some grading and gravel to flatten it and prevent the massive puddles from forming.

Called on a Wednesday evening to ask about units. Went the next Sunday to pay for a secure one that Justin said he needed to clean out first. We told him that we would pay for it and he said not to worry that he would call us when he got it taken care of. 6 days later and no call so we called this morning, Saturday, to ask if it was ready for us. He said he had not had a chance to clean it out and to call him back in 30 minutes because he had a lot of people there. We gave him an hour, called back and he said it was rented. WHAT???? So, do NOT trust the word of this man.
