The two teenagers working the counter on sundays do not pay attention to who's waiting to check out. Also the bunnies they were selling had no water and when I brought this to their attention they just said ok and did nothing. I hope management finds some better employees. I used to like this place.

A great place to pick up your livestock supplies. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. They will gladly get you loaded up quickly without being asked. Excellent service!

I recently stopped by Steinhauser I hv not been thr since Caroline was the manager and now no longer works there it's so different it's not exciting there's no country feel nobody talks to you unless you talk to them it used to feel like family and friends... Nobody walks up to you nobody recognizes you when you walk in nk one greatsYou just go look for what you need to pay and leave Now it's just a Store..

The best place to get stuff for the animals. I also get my winter rye grass seed here. 50lb bag for $39.99. The cheapest place to get it. They always are so polite and respectful.

I really enjoy this place. The employees are nice. I actually found a can of some salve for cuts and scrapes my grandfather used 50 years ago on his cows/horses. I took my granddaughter in for the first time. No chicks, but she really loved looking at the bunnies.

I called them in the morning and ask them to keep for me 3 chicks because we live 1H far from the store, when I arrived she said all sold out and there was misunderstanding. that made my daughter keep crying for the 3rd week. :-(
