Specs is always the best, the only issue i had is they were out of stock on 3 items that are some of the most popular, so maybe they should do inventory more often or order the appropriate amount according to sales/inventory.

Really happy that this store came to my neighborhood. Selection and availability are great. My one issue is, I don't understand why I'm not allowed to key in my number for the Specs Key Card. I am a member. The cashier told me I would t get a discount on anything I would normally buy. How would he know? This just happened. Odd. ?

Very friendly and knowledgeable but doesn’t have all the variety of liquors like a larger store would have. Excellent for basic liquors.

Manager Greg is the WORST person to deal with, lies about what is in stock, and does not put inventory out from the office. Shop for allocations when he's not there. Assistant manager is very helpful

The downtown store is never disappointing. It kinda sucks that they have such small satellite stores. Ended up going to total wine down the road who actually has a selection.
