I had a great experience. Lucy was AMAZING!!! Excellent customer service and very friendly and did an AMAZING job on my nails. I will definitely be going back. Lee was AMAZING as well, she did my pedicure and I enjoyed every bit of it.

Amazing service, patient ,thoughrough job. Lucy and Ann were great. My feet feel so soft, and my nails look like a masterpiece. I highly recommend Souche nails in Richmond, Texas a full service establishment.

Soooo happy I found this salon!!! I’m new from NY and I’ve been searching for a salon that’s low-key and is all about the natural look!! They got me rightttttt!! I felt like a queen being pampered!! I didn’t get the lady who did my pedis name but y'all, she got skin that no one has been able to get sufficiently for years, you know the little skin that be in the crease of the big toe ? yea.. she cleared it out!! ?Thank you Lucy ♥️Toya

Came here because of the great reviews. When I came in the lady told me that they were busy and suggested for me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour. After waiting for 30 minutes, she sat me very rudely to her station and she left me soaking in acetone for an hour without exaggerating because she was still taking care of another customer. I expressed to her that my nails were looking weak from soaking and they were chipping from the edge. She said it was ok and that she would fix it. Once she was ready for me, she asked me what I wanted. I wanted dip. She said that powder was better which is odd because all my previous experience I was informed that dip is healthier for the nail. I wouldn’t know, I’m not a nail tech. I told her that I felt comfortable with dip but she was very pushy and insisted in powder. I gave in and she started. There’s a lot to the story but the pictures really speak for themselves. She butchered my cuticles, left acrylic under my nails, destroyed my natural nails that I have been trying to grow out for a year, left acrylic over my skin and so much more. Lastly, when another young lady came in after me, she quoted her 50 and had quoted me 62. All I did was remove my dip and redo it. The lady after me was even getting designs! When I got home, my brother even said “that looks painful!” It was!

they fucked up my nails. they didn't give me what I asked for. it looked like I hand different styles on both of my hands. I don't recommend this place. trust don't go there.
