I added an actual exhaust duct to my microwave hood, something the house never had. This meant I needed to build a 3-ft tall wood panel box to match the cabinetry and hide the duct. So I dropped in for a custom match stain. They handled it while I waited, I'm offered recommendations for urethane.

We own a local painting company (That 1 Painter Fort Bend County) and Jeff and the staff at the Richmond-Grand Parkway location are always very helpful when we are there, which is often! April has gone above and beyond with her customer service for us, and Hayleigh and Carlos are wonderful also. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams Richmond-Grand Parkway for your paint and paint supply needs. You won't be disappointed.

The paint specialist was very helpful in determining if my old paint cans had sufficient paint left and if it was still useable. Also, since they had a problem finding my account, she explained what information they needed the next time I came in. For some reason, they could not find my account by my phone information, so in the future I'll have to make sure they have my name and phone info.

Perfect place to get anything for home renovations. I’ve gotten supplies for 4 different projects. The people are always sweet and help me figure out what materials work with the results I want. My go to place for painting supplies. I’ve been to different locations but I prefer this one

Great service from Jeff and his associate! I really appreciate their help, knowledge and guiding me in making the right paint choice for my renovation. Jeff even helped carry paint out to the car! They were very pleasant to chat with and made my experience great. I’ll be back for my next project!

Hayleigh was so great to work with this evening! She was kind and helpful. Our little toddler was very busy in the store today and she was super sweet and patient with us. She even kept the store open a few extra minutes as we finalized our paint colors. We highly recommend Sherwin Williams and Hayleigh for all of your painting needs!

I would just like to say thank you to Trinity. I bought 7 gallons of paint 2 weeks ago to paint my garage and trim. My painter got there last weekend did all the prep work and started painting when he noticed the gallon of paint that he was using was an interior paint. I took what I had left over back and Trinity exchanged it for the right paint exterior. Plus my painter recommended getting Satin and not flat which I had purchased. I'm glad that she worked with me on this I did not notice that the paint was interior because the previous salesman had to put them in a box and I had bought 1 gallon of a white paint that was exterior which was correct but the 6 gallons of the green was interior. Either way she made it work. I will say this the last two or three times we've painted I've always went to this store. The employees have always been kind and helpful. I spend the extra money cuz I don't want to do this every 7 or 8 years

This store has improved so much since Steve took over as manager. He is there just about 24/7 it seems like, and has a passion for helping customers beyond the norm. Even with the current supply chain issues with paint, he always does what he can to ensure we have what we need to take care of our customers.
