My mom and I went in today looking for some skincare but we won’t be shopping here anymore. The girl I asked for help was rude and looked like I was bothering her by asking a simple question. Like girl lmfao, it’s your job. She then proceeded to trail behind my mom and I while we were browsing making us uncomfortable. Needless to say we left without buying anything. Don’t shop here unless you like being made to feel like a nuisance and a thief.

Tried buying a foundation for my girlfriend that I took pictures of. They were sold out which I understand that’s not their fault. However I asked for one in comparison and the response was well they are all going to be different because it’s another brand. The two lady’s that were there were mumbling rolling their eyes making me feel like a bother. There were no other customers in the store besides myself. Horrible service and I definitely won’t return.

Who ever is the cashier today made me do her job for her. She got my email wrong and made me come around the counter and type it in the computer. Very odd and offputting women.

This particular store is not it! Google maps time is WRONG, doesn’t open until 10am. Don’t have anything in stock and don’t provide perfume samples. First and last time coming to this location.

this sephora is still new so i understand mistakes can happen but i did get a little frustrated as it took me 20 minutes to check out. my 10% off coupon was having trouble taking off the amount needed to take off. but i appreciate the extra samples we're added.
