Sam's Club's atrocious service is an absolute joke! I'm seething as my order is delayed and not a single soul can provide a delivery window. Ana tossed me a number for the Richmond location, and would you believe, when I called, they bounced me off to 1-888-746-7726. A wild goose chase at its finest!I dial them up, only to be told they're as involved in the delivery as a cat is in a dog fight - NOT AT ALL. Back to Richmond I go, where I'm sentenced to a 30-minute hold. Finally, a rude voice, as welcoming as a snake in a sleeping bag, informs me to dial yet ANOTHER number. Richmond claims innocence, washing their hands.So, with the patience of a saint, I'm put on hold, AGAIN, for another eternal 10 minutes. "Janel" graces the line, as clueless as a child. Long story short... My order is an enigma, a ghost, a puzzle that not even the great detectives could solve.You've lost my business and if things are fair, nobody else will shop with you either after they hear about my terrible experience!Shame on you Sam's club!

Great prices and service. Got four tires changed and the process was super smoth. Recently one of the tires burst on the road and got it changed with no hassle and an amazing service, got schedule for the next day I called and no extra charge for the mew tire since it was under warranty. Would definitely recommend to go there. Also the service guy name Jose is a very communicative and educate person that will help you through the process

Even though their were three customer service representatives ,; one was a manager after waiting more than four minutesI had to interrupt them to get service. There was no apology. Worse service ever.

Placed an online order for pick up a few days ago. The day of I get an email saying that my order is ready, but the two main items I ordered are out of stock. I get there and the one item is not ready for pick up, so I have to go inside and talk to customer service. Another employee had to track down the lady At customer service, but she finally got there. I tell that I had an order for online pickup, and before I can finish she says oh you need to park by the numbers out that way. I then go on to tell her that two major things were cancelled and that I wanted to cancel the item that wasn't ready. This was a waste of time. Why place an order if it's going to be cancelled. Also the customer service can use some training on how to talk to customers. She also interrupted when the customer pick up guy was trying to help with cancelling my order. I was so annoyed with her when they left I just walked off without saying anything else.

It's so nice to have Sam's club in this area!Many bulk stuffs are cheaper and great energy bar box collections! I got some energetic bar with the cost cheaper than Costco!Relatively easy access and right next to it is high 99! Great!Gas price at the fuel station is very economical as well!Will visit and shop more in the future!Cheers

I love the perks of being a Sam's Club member but the tire service at this location is terrible. I try to go in but there's hours of wait time and when I try to call online to make a reservation no one seems to answer...ever!

I came into Sam's on Wednesday November 17, 2022 at around 6pm cst. I had just purchased a New home and was looking so spend quite a bit of money with Sam's at this location. When I get to the register, the self check out did not give me my discount. I took a pic and showed it to the member specialist and she would not honor it. Went to another member specialist, he would not honor it as well. Went to a team lead and guess what.. no honor. Went to member services to look up my member ship history to see if I had purchased any glade throughout my membership. I did but it was not the 9 pack but the 5 pack. The sign clearly says the 9 pack. I asked to speak with the manager on duty but was denied. Long story short, they did not honor the sign. But Sam's motto is Member Obessed.... They are not member obsessed at this location of Richmond Texas. I will not be spending my money at this location at all.

Purchase some Beef bottom round Steak it said process Oct 2 but look old and the meat was turning colors this is some B******* I paid my hard earn money to bring home bad meat I need a representative to reach out to me to fix this shit.....I'm not please with this purchase

I put my online order in a day ahead... And they can't even get it together. Asked if I could just get everything and bring it upfront myself and this dummy in customer service said...I CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER .. What do you mean I ordered because I need it. Sam's has really gone downhill... This location is no different. Customer service is horrible. I would give it minus stars but I can't. I would not recommend this location. Waited at customer pick up 30 mins before anyone even helped. Steer clear of this location.

Incapable of properly installing tires. Had to take our car somewhere afterwards to repair $300 worth of damages. Can't get ahold of a manager to even address the issue. This place is beyond unprofessional.

Worst Sam's Club I have ever been in. I have been a plus member for almost 20 years. I almost canceled my membership because of this location. Rudest employees. As soon as it was exactly 8:00 pm they were pushing everyone out of the store. Several team members approached me and told me to immediately go to front of store to check out. One argued with me when I said I needed to grab one more item and I was using scan and go. I saw a team member rudely confront an elderly gentlemen to leave the store immediately. I felt so sorry for that gentlemen. I walked out of the store with my few items at 8:07 pm (seven minutes of harassment from store employees).

Always hounding customers for their Sams card like we can scan groceries without them. Then you have stand in a long line afterwards do that they can rescan everything again. Go elsewhere!

This poor rating is for the cafe. It has been 30 minutes since I ordered a hot dog and still waiting. The store itself is nicely organized and not too crowded. Employees are masked.

Disappointing does not makes justice, absolutely unprofessional conduct from employees to supervisors. Nobody had an attitude of service, theyd didn't want to install my tires, end of shift? Maybe, being the only car for service it took them 30 minutes to bring it in, afterwards they damaged nut on the tires while removing the tires and said that they couldn't remove it, and it is policy not to install tires if that happens, not even if they messesed them up, because liability was the answer. Damaged done, had to wait for a supervisor to give a refund of the installation, when done, told me to pick up the tires on the back the guys saw me coming out and entered the tires to the front office and after 5 minutes waiting, I was told to enter again, there another supervisor obviously annoyed by my presence told me they have to do a separate paperwork for that sale, once done, told me to go out again for my tires that were left unattended outside by the door. Absolute disgrace of customer service. They damaged the nuts on a new care and then denied service because of the same, the tire shop guys, from beginning to end, an absolute sample of someone that doesn't care about work or doing their job , and for the supervisors you are just annoying their busy schedule. What an absolute joke of establishment.
