This store has always good quality stuff.. but last week i went to ross with my family they came to visit us there is a lady called AMBREEN she is so rude and unprofessional she also made a racist comment which is unacceptable.she didn’t came to apologize us the store manager came to us and apologized on behalf of her..

Went shopping a couple of days ago and had a great experience. Very clean and wanted to give a shout out to Lawana. She was very nice and friendly at checkout! Definitely will be back soon.

Staff is always helpful and nice.However, they got a 4/5 star because their check out process.When it’s not busy, there is a line waiting.When they are busy, the line is from the registers to the back of the store and only have 1 maybe 2 cashiers.Go during school/business hours to avoid a 30+ minute wait. Avoid the weekends!

me and my family are frequent shoppers at this location. sadly every time we shop we get followed by the security lady, is extremely uncomfortable, I asume we get followed because we are hispanics, sadly i'm used to it now. today was the last straw me and my family were shopping and browsing the store while we were getting follow, mostly my younger brother (teen) this situation had us so uncomfortable that my mom approached the security lady asking if she had a problem with my brother since she's been following him around the store for more than an hour. to which her response was extremely rude, by not even having the decency to look at her, she talked down to my mom saying that she followed everyone and made a hand gesture asking her to go away. we have notice her behavior over the years we have frequent this establishment and we have noticed that she follows mainly Hispanics and blacks this behavisor is unacceptable, i understand that there is cameras recording all time, cameras can't recognize races, is that why she is there? or what is her purpose because I'm sure is to make costumers feel safe not harassed

A lot of different kinds of clothing, purse, shoes, kitchen, bathroom, living room accessories to choose. Should you digging into the different items, you may find some name brands merchandise with lot of cheaper price.

Went shopping at this store, it was very neat and they had a lot of nice items I was checked out by a lady named zee, very polite and she has a very exceptional customer service approach. Great job zee. Amazing store so far.
