I have taken two of my three dogs here so far and I'm really impressed. The one dog has a wound that will not heal. Dr Williams took her time with me and came up with a plan that made sense. Our previous vet would rush to get to the next client and didn't answer questions. Prices are on par with other clinics. Loved the customer service and knowledge.

I wanted to take the time to say that I appreciate the how great the staff here is. Especially the staff that was there today at closing time. I my dogs ran out of food and I was a running a behind but they were helpful and allowed me to get my dog food. They are so good at what they do this place is great. Thank you

Rose Rich has been so helpful for my dog Fynn. He has been having on and off stomach issues and they are always so nice and talk with me about what's going on over the phone before saying I need to come in. Thank you for caring for my fur baby!

I've been taking my dog there for the last 14 yrs and have never had a problem with the front desk and scheduling appointments until this last visit. Kayla, the receptionist and gatekeeper of scheduling was rude and catty but plays it off with a sweet voice.

Caring people who provide reasonably priced medical care for your ailing pet. My 19 year old cat was diagnosed with stage four kidney disease by the local vet. Being told that there was no hope, we took her to another place. Thanks to the skilled doctors at Rose-Rich, she lived to be 21 before recently passing. I like their attitude and willingness to work with us to provide the best care that we could afford. I have another cat and a dog too. We'll always take them to Rose-Rich.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My first & last time I will ever walk into this place. Took my 1 year old French bull dog in because she was acting not her self. Dr Drozd did a terrible job at examining her. Felt around her body & neck & said my dog was restraining her from moving her neck. She told me that there's a disease common in French bulldogs in their neck. She requested a blood test to rule out any thing of that nature. Of course the blood test came back good bec that wasn't the issue. I left with no answers, my dog didn't receive anything. I go to another vet & turns out she has double ear infection & they quickly aided her. I tried to speak to the Dr Drozd & she told me " there's nothing I can do now, what do you want from me" i mentioned to her that she didn't look in my dogs ears & she told me she did. There's no way she did, had she done that my dog would've received antibiotics or something! Her ears were so bad the other vet instantly put medicine in both of her ears. I even showed the Dr Drozd a video of my dog walking unstable. I have never experienced such horrible service. Tried to call a couple times to speak to a manager & never receive a call back. This place was very quick to upsale me in labs that were not necessary.

I have been taking my service dog to RoseRich for years now. They treat her so well, and they always address any health concerns with the best solution available. The staff is trustworthy, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.
