i’m a regular customer i spend MONEY in here, okay? I brought two vapes it came up to $51 .. not even 5 nights later it don’t wanna charge and is leaking out the portal end. Because sales are final i can’t exchange or get my money back and it’s upsetting because this vape is brand new and it’s not my fault it’s leaking juice ??♀️. i actually had this problem happen twice before but since the workers that was working knew me they worked with me, but lately it’s been alot of new people which i get. But once again very upsetting to feel like you wasted money.

I went there to other day…there was a lady there named Kris she was from a different location but she helped me out so much. So sweet and answered all of my questions! My new place to go just because of her!

Been coming here for many years, awesome spot with tons of flavors to pick from. Shout out to Dalton and Ben for their impeccable customer service. Hope the owners gives them a huge raise. I have been to many smoke shops but this has am amazing selection of kratom and pieces! Go ask for brandy, she is extremely knowledgeable of everything in the shop

I've been to so many Rock n Roll it shops & they've always been amazing until today. And customer service is huge for me when it comes to smoke shops because there's way too many in Houston to pick one with a rude manager. Needless to say, I went in a week ago and bought a disposable vape here for $30 which is the price they go for everywhere, today I went in and Brandy the manager was there, charging $10 more for the same vape I bought last week. I'm mind blown at the inconsistency of the customer service the first experience was with a guy that worked there and was good enough to bring us 35 minutes to come back for the same product to be a different price. Disappointed and won't be back but wanted to warn those looking for somewhere consistent this is not it. Definitely lost our business and anyone I can keep from going there. I'm glad brandy had time to eat her Wingstop while grabbing the vape I overpaid for though, real professional.

I really never leave reviews like this, but I have to praise the customer service from Dalton, the young man made my experience at the store, probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a vape/smoke shop… Let alone the fantastic prices and large array of options and products. From being a manager in the service industry for over a decade, I felt that the fantastic customer service you will experience at the shop, definitely deserves to be given all the accolades… I went in planning, on buying a couple small things, and the young Man who was working in the store , Dalton, really impressed me. His cool, positive attitude and optimism were extremely welcoming and you could tell that he genuinely was not only knowledgeable concerning every aspect of the shop but you could absolutely tell he genuinely enjoyed helping people find things that they’re really going to enjoy. Not at all like some used car salesman or some creepy dude at one of the sleazy vape/smoke shops on Westheimer in Houston… No, this is a genuine person who knew how to treat a person with respect listen to them without just thinking about what they want to say next , consider what you said, and give his real genuine and well-informed opinion… I ended up buying several Different things there, that I’m very happy with. Some which I had never even heard of but anything that he suggested has more than proven his commitment to helping the customer find what they are looking for… That’s a very rare thing, and extremely rare, when it comes to a vape/smoke shop… I’m very impressed with this young man and by his professionalism, knowledgeability , and overall respect and pride He takes in his job, and in the place, he works ….I highly doubt I’ll go go to any other such establishment, then this one . And they have a very vast assortment of amazing products for reasonable prices, and really cool, calm vibes and energy of the store. What a great experience, I look forward to many more there and I encourage anyone who’s looking for a far beyond decent establishment of this sort I just wanted to let everyone know I found one, the one, and it’s this shop with employees like Dalton that you’re looking for! I’m thoroughly impressed. Thank you for a great experience!

had a terrible experience with the long hair dirty looking guy in there. he must have got up on the wrong side of the bed! we tell him we need wraps of one flavor and he tells us he can't sell the box to us?? uh why? well we need to have it for other customers? I was confused so I asked .. these are to sell right? he said yes but not to only one customer??!! WTF .. then everytime he went to grab something he would drop boxes and wraps on the floor this happened literally three times so I said " your having a rough morning.. " jokingly and he responded with his back turned "don't remark on everything I do" HOW RUDE!!! my son then proceeded to tell him not to speak to me like that and he asked us to leave. words were exchanged .. we have been coming here for a year now and this guy always has a attitude .. poor customer service.... owners should know you don't need someone like that running the register and helping people. he literally had a issue bc I said something about dropping things on the floor numerous times ... boy if you offended .. wake your a** up and stop dropping products on the floor.
