used to be a very good car wash thats why 5 star visited today after almost 2 months they used to provide free car fresheners this time i ask for one straight said no those are only for members i ain’t visiting this place no more bruh you can give one and say next time you need to have a membership
we all can afford this fresheners and they only cost a dollar plus.
Look at my car after wash their blowers sucks ?

Lots of options, but still quick and easy! They provide vacuums after your wash so you can clean your interior too. Very friendly staff ??

A basic car wash cost $9 now! Please be aware! I will not return and I’ve been coming for years. They added a new product so they decided to go up on all of their prices but they didn’t add anything different to the basic wash but went up on the price.

This review is ONLY for the FM 1464 location. I have been a member at N Fry location over a year with absolutely no issues Every time I come to the Richmond location there’s a problem.. every time! Mainly with the tall blonde kid.Every interaction with that kid is poor and his customer service needs some help. My very first time stopping at this location I already had a membership at Fry but needed to update my new card. Instead the kid cancelled my old membership (without my authorization), and told me it was better to start a new membership with my card. Today my interaction with him was my last straw and I canceled my “unlimited” wash club account before driving off the lot. I wish all locations were as good as Cypress

I've cancelled my membership. I've had it with the free loaders coming in, vacuuming their vehicles without paying. I get my car washed and there is never a spot open to vacuum my own vehicle. The carwash needs to keep these people out unless you pay for a membership.

The washer stopped in the middle and my car wasn’t washed properly after complaining for rewash they made me clean the dirty spots with my hands in order to re enter the wash and people who are helping are rude
