I came here to get a new tire mounted and balanced, I dropped off my tire on Friday, and picked it up today! The tech (Rick) who swapped my tire out got me in and out in a hurry, and when he felt one of my lugs start to cross thread, he immediately pulled it back and tried again! Thank you so much for ensuring your work was correct, and that the next time that tire comes off it comes off easy!

I came to Richmond Tire & Automotive after leaving DiscountTire. I brought them my 2006 4Runner to put a new spare tire on, and fix DiscountTire’s horrible work. They are a true family owned business who were very friendly and courteous. Chris and Dave were the people I spoke with who ordered me a new tire at a fair price. They were super nice. The technician named Rick was the one who worked on my 4Runner. He did an amazing job and took the time to do it right. My 4Runner no longer has a shacking steering wheel from DiscountTire that balanced them twice lol. Thank Richmond Tire & Automotive for coming through. I will definitely be going back.

Found a nail in my tire after returning from work. My usual place was closed so I tried here because it was close and I didn't want to risk my tire going flat going somewhere further. Was told it would be a few hours due to a wait but they got it done in 1!!!! Tire was saved and didn't cost a fortune, will come back again!!!

Kinda awhile ago I got my water pump replaced here, i usually fix myself myself bc the labor charges are insane, but didn’t have a pulley, they changed it without demanding a full diagnostic unlike everyone else in the area and charged about 550$ for the whole thing (about 400$ labor) for something that could be done in 1 and a half hours, I know people have to get paid. The pump had held up it’s a little messy to look at bc the grease/adhesive but it does it’s job

A mom with a kid in her car waited at least 15 minutes to get help. Multiple people seeing me and not helping or speaking. I finally walk in to see if someone could help to finally wait another 35 minutes to just get a tire patched in the inside. Great way to welcome new people to the neighborhood.Service: Tires

If you are in need of tires or any automotive repairs, this is the place to go! They are super reasonable and alway take care of their customers! They shoot you straight and never try to do more than what is actually needed! I highly recommend Richmond Tire and Auto.
