I had the deal below andThe people here don’t honor the coupons even after you show them the price it shows online - the only reason why I can’t order it online and save the trouble is because of the under 30$ fee which wouldn’t make it worth it, why add coupons if you don’t fix your app and ensure they are usable?

I had terrible customer service. I was looking for help for one item then I found the aisle, which didn’t make sense as to why shampoo and body soap should be separated, but they kicked me out of the store before I could even finish. No help no support

I went in for the 1st time in years. I used to get their seafood salad. It was so good! Got some today and it was horrible. There was no flavor or seasonings. It was dry. Like they didn't put mayo or anything like that in it. And when I walked in the door the whole building had an odor. Won't go back.

This is a beef steak review.
What happened to Randall's having quality tender beef?
I used to rely on this for decades.
I'd brag about Randall's meat quality being better than Krogers and even Albertson's back in the day.
Just now I grilled thick New York strip steaks (paid good money) and it was a bust, super tough. No flavor.
We had to chew forever.
We couldn't even finish the steaks so it's going to the dog.
I am super disappointed because the packaged meat had good marbling and it was still a fail.
This is not the first time Randall's meat was tough.
I think the meat is 'select grade' and the package label doesn't even identify the grade.
That is bad practice on Randall's part.

This post and review is a few days late . Sorry I was occupied doing other tasks and forgot to mention this young man. He is an employee at Randall's I was there a few days ago doing some shopping and I left a bag with an item I purchased at the check out counter. It slipped my mind. This gentleman went out of his way to bring the item to me in the parking lot. Recognition of this young man's integrity and honor need to be highlighted! This young man is an exceptional member of society and is a very Courteous polite and well behaved young adult. I think he deserves a raise and a promotion based on his work ethic and ability to go above and beyond his duties at his job. Well done Bravo young man. Thank you very much , and Thanks to your parents for raising such a responsible smart and kind person. The world needs more people like him .. Sorry I posted it so late. I just remembered when looking thru my photos. ???

I know that it's not a huge grocery store but I get so tired of them never having items I want and their produce being less than desirable. I am extremely grateful that it's so close to pecan Grove. The convenience makes up for the prices and lack of choices.
