Hannah the stylist that did my hair was very nice and polite. I went in for a hair style that requires to colors and took time. She was great. She did my hair exactly like the picture I should her. Will be back again. Will recommend her to anyone looking for great work.

I went in needing a boost away from my natural dark gray color. Wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but Hannah showed me a picture and it was what I had in mind! She did a great job blending colors. I’m thrilled with the result and so glad I chose Hannah to color my hair.

When I went in I knew I needed to get rid of the gray, but wasn't sure what I wanted. After talking with Hannah, she showed me a photo and the color was what I wanted but couldn't describe. The colors blend so beautifully together. Even my husband, who always tells me I look nice, gave me an enthusiastic "WOW!" when I got home. I'm new to the area and so glad I chose Hannah as my stylist.

I used to go here because it was well priced, clean and professional. Unfortunately, that is no longer always the case. I had a misunderstanding with Cindy at this salon that changed my mind. After asking her to cut my hair a certain way because I wasn't happy with the last few times with a clipper cut, I was met with an rude and defensive response " I always cut good" "you sit down, and be quiet" "let me do my job" like I was kid. It was quite disappointing to be disrespected that way since I had been going there for nearly 2 years. Hannah apologized but this occurred in front of two other customers. After I calmly explained that there may have been a misunderstanding, she still doubled down and made me look like I was wrong. I want to support small business in the community but this was not an isolated incident, (read other reviews), this unprofessional behavior scares off customers. Also, they don't regularly clean up chair areas in between cuts and the spilled bird food in the waiting area makes it seem dirty. I'd rather pay a little more for professionalism and cleanliness.
