We have gone to this primrose for 2 years now and have no complaints! The staff is so sweet and our kids absolutely love their teachers! My kids beg to come here even on days they have off of daycare, I can’t say enough great things about this program!

I was close to sending my kid here but my family did not feel very welcomed here during a tour. As a black family we were uncomfortable. The facility is nice but they need to be aware of the customer service being presented during tours. I didn't give 1 start because it was not the entire staff but a few. As well as the teacher that didn't even acknowledge us or my kid. It has the potential to be better but that's an internal hiring issue.

my sister worked here last year and they were TERRIBLE to her. never wanted to let her off, not flexible with scheduling. and terrible pay. they only pay assistant teachers under $11 in today’s economy what is that? ANYWAY often kids would be sick in her classroom the director and owner kelly would not send the child home (money hungry) i am so glad my sister left this place. i wouldn’t send my dog here.

I sent my son to this school in September 2021. But every day when brought him to the school, he was not happy, cried and scared. I emailed to the manager and the teacher called me explained that nothing wrong, he just needed time to get well. But then I had to give up and let him at home because he was scared and cried so much. Now when he turns to 3 years old when he can speak kind of clear, he finally told me the reason why he didn’t like to go to school whenever I asking him:” will you go to school ?”he immediately answered:” school yuck, no school mommy, teacher’s so angry “.

One of my twin boys went to Primrose Waterside and it was such a joy dropping him off every morning. I can honestly say that I was sad they day he graduated from Primrose and went to elementary school. I miss the days of my boys being little and definitely miss the days of dropping them off at Primrose. Glad we made the decision to enroll at Primrose.

My son has done Montessori, imagine, kids r kids, just about all. Primrose is by far the best daycare! Staff are all professional and attentive. We love their curriculum and our boy have learned so much! And best he loves his school!

This primrose school is really good I loved my girls when they went there and sadly we had to leave because we moved to different area but I would recommend my family and friends to this school and teacher was really good with my girls they have learned a lot there thank you primrose school at waterside estate.

Can’t say enough about Primrose at Waterside! Teachers are so attentive and caring. My first started in Pk and once I saw how much you helped him I had to bring my youngest boy. Both boys love this school! Stacy the director is doing at great job along with staff!

This school has been an amazing asset to our family. The staff is incredible. They always greet us with a smile and genuinely care about the well-being of all of the kids. My son has flourished here - his communication has excelled, nutrition has improved (thanks to the awesome nutrition plan) and he is excited to go to school every morning. Most importantly his loving, kind nature is encouraged here. We could not speak more highly of Primrose School at Waterside Estates and are life long fans.

My 5 yr old daughter has been going here since we moved to the area(year & a half) and she as enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly, informative and welcoming. I would highly recommend Primrose School!

Absolutely love the school. Miss Stacy is a godsend. Miss Becca was very informative, answered every single question, and was very welcoming. My daughter is in the explorers program, She loves it. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up barely wants to leave. Her teacher Miss Rihanna has a genuine love for the children.

My daughter has been going here since Jan 2016 (LO was 6 months at the time) and we have been very pleased. The director, Stacy, is very responsive and approachable. She accepts feedback well and addresses parent concerns. The infant teachers are amazing. We have only had 2 incident reports in almost 1 year. I highly recommend this school.
