There are several places closer to my house, but I will ALWAYS go to PostalAnnex. There’s never a line. They never mind answering your questions. I’ll take a friendly smile over saving 5 minutes in drive time ANY day of the week!

One of the most convenient and accommodating mailing facility in Richmond. Suletha, Maria and i forgot there is another girl that works there, they have the best customer service. I have been coming here for 2 years now. They are helpful from simple inquiries to challenging mailing questions. You will be given an option to choose the right shipping rates that matches the value of your money. Yelp 5 stars are not enough to express how professional and friendly they are.

My favorite postal store in Katy. The staff is well informed, polite and professional. The owner is down to earth, very welcoming and will help you out with the best option that suits your need. Their quality is top notch and I feel assured and secure whenever I use their service.

Recently moved to the area and this is my go-to spot for mailing and notary. Quick and easy service, and VERY inviting and polite staff. Highly Recommend if you're in the area. I have been to several similar businesses all around 77406 and without saying much else, visit this business.
