Do not buy the insurance from this store. It’s a fraud. I reported issues with my sofa and the insurance company refused to fix the issue. It has soured my whole impression of the store.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Plantation furniture. I got a beautiful electric couch for an excellent price. One of the USB port was not working and I then was able to use my protection plan to have it fixed. Daniel , the owner, kept me informed of when the piece was going to be available. John came by to install it and had it fixed in no time.

We purchased a sectional from Plantation. After delivery, I noticed the seat cushion from the left section was 2 1/2" too wide and just wouldn't fit. John and Vince from the warehouse came to inspect the cushion.Daniel, the manager, looked at the photos they had taken and had a whole new left couch section delivered. John and Vince did an excellent job switching out the pieces and were so patient and personable through the whole process. I was very impressed with everyone at Plantation for making this issue right, all within a week! Highly recommend!

Spent almost $4,000.00 with this company and I have had the WORST experience with the chair that I purchased I have only had this furniture like three months. Well I started complaining about the chair falling apart on me for two months now. They came out last week and looked at it and said it was all loose so they said that they tightened it. Well now its been a week and a half and I called back and explained what it was doing now. And have not heard back from them. The first time they came out the owners husband talked to me like I was stupid among other things. And said he could not help the way the furniture was made and said he could not give me my money back. Well I'm not going to be stuck with a chair that I spent $895 plus tax on. Now since no phone call back to me I am feeling like I am being ignored. All they tell me is that they will return the call. And they DON'T.

This store is quite nice and has great potential because whoever their designer is buys really good stuff. However their customer service is lackluster. It starts with the main manager, she’s definitely not personable nor flexible at all with customers. We bought 2 separate pairs of expensive lamps but they take out the bulbs because it’s a “policy” and now I have to go chase down new bulbs at a store and go through a few sets till I get the lighting like what I saw in store. How cheap can you be when a customer is buying expensive items from you and you’re denying giving them few dollars worth of bulbs? There are many little things throughout the store that she’s not flexible on at all and has definitely lost many sales opportunities from my side atleast.Other employees who are under her are nice and helpful but unfortunately under her management are super limited to providing a good satisfactory customer experience. A lot of times they’re scared to even offer you something which this manager will straight up deny.There’s practically No return policy here. Whatever you buy is pretty much final and there’s really not much a warranty unless you’re purchasing bigger items like sofas or beds etc. and buy an external warranty they offer via third party.Overall: Great store, great designer, good employees, just one bad apple which is their manager who pretty much ruins the experience.

They have a nice selection of pieces you more than likely won't find anywhere else. However, the prices are STEEP...In the span of about 7 months, we bought a handful of items from here now (Full master bed room set, TV console, Dining table and 4 chairs). With how they set their prices it's best to wait for their sales. Rarely they they do 30% off, but try to wait for those. They say their quality is great and I do believe them to an extent, (the wood pieces are heavy and look timeless) but the tops on both our side tables have paint chips on it. Our side tables hold only our phones to charge at night which have plastic cases on them, so the fact that the paint cannot withstand or tolerate such light use really makes me feel disappointed in how much these items are priced at. It sucks that I had to buy wood marker to fill in the chips for an item that we haven't even had for a year. :/

I came across an ad and spotted a beautiful display cabinet. I called and it was so nice to hear a real person answer the phone. Pam was friendly and helpful. I placed the order and later on the same day, I received a date and window of time for delivery. On the day of delivery, I also received a call to adjust and narrow the delivery time window and i received a call ahead from the gentleman handling the delivery too. Delivery was quick and easy. The furniture piece is beautiful! Love the solid wood and wrought iron.

Today we took delivery on our new living room from Plantation Furniture in Richmond TX. Our previous living room also came from there and was a long lastly set that we passed on to a needy family. This is an terrific furniture store with awesome folks working there and a beautiful selection of high quality products. We love our new living room.

We made our first purchase from Plantation Furniture and are so happy we did. In addition to a beautiful selection, they provide excellent customer service, from the sales associates (Jennie and Pam) and owners (Daniel) to the delivery specialists (John and Vincent)! We highly recommend them, and we'll be purchasing many more amazing pieces from Plantation Furniture.

They have a unique selection furniture. I like the fact that the sales people don't follow you around the store, but they are helpful. I will definitely pop in on a regular basis, just to see what is new.
