I don't know how they hire their employees. But I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee, seen her for the first time today in this store, She is very rude, very disrespectful. I don't even know if she got trained how to provide proper customer service. And to that staff, if you are annoyed with you job, QUIT!!!! A lot of people are willing to work!!!!! That kind of attitude of an employee is a liability to a business. I will never go back there again. And I am willing to tell people not to go there. There are more pet stores that has the same items with better customer service!!!!!!

I have been going to this store for over 6yrs now for my dog needs - grooming, food, Fish - purchases and food. Regrettably today, Ms. Paige who happened to be in the store, showed her true colors in customer service, she is not only rude with her approach but started citing store policies which never existed (when asked for the policy HER response was 'OH ITS CONFIDENTIAL". She forced/demanded another agent in the cash counter to “write no refund” on the receipt, I felt bad for the agent in counter, as no information is given to her, to why she was demanded to write no refund.
PLZ STOP MAKING YOUR OWN POLICIES, I AM NOT A 3RD CLASS CITIZEN.
PETCO RETURN POLICY IS VIOLATED, PUTTING THIS STORE AND PETCO AT LITIGATION.
NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE ATTITUDE IN LAST 6 YRS AT THE STORE. UNFORTUNATELY TOO BAD,

i love fish and have been owing a 100 gallon tank and koi pond for almost 30+ years, i tried purchase to few fish recently but stopped due to lack of transparency, knowledge and questionable service from staff.
I question the recent review about knowledge of a store staff in regards to Moor Goldfish. Fyi, when I last visited the store, I noticed 6 Moor Goldfish (2black, 2 Orange and 2 multi colored) in a 15 gallon tank, if staff is really knowledgable and genuinely passionate about fish, they would not raise 6 Moor Goldfish in 15 gallon tank… post genuine reviews, dont mislead customers with fabricated reviews.
I still visit the store for dog food only with very mínimum interaction with staff. Not interested in wasting my peace of mind.
Note: Caution to Management. Dont loose repeated customers. Not interested in naming the bad apples in the store. If genuinly interested in improving customer service, leave a message with your number. I plan to file a compliant with your corporate.

Though this store is in my neighbourhood, I stopped going due to rude behaviour from the staff. Decided to leave a review, after I read praises about a customer service agent today for her professionalism and knowledge, the same agent was very sarcastic and racial towards me and my wife… raises further concern about the review.. is the review genuine?? My reference is in regards to a review which talks about mentions about 60 gallon, 10 gallon tank and moor gold fish.
Shame that staff is leaving self praising reviews in disguise. This is very misleading, illicit and conflict of interest by Petco Staff… surely will be writing to Petco corporate with my evidence

I absolutely love this Petco! I needed help with getting a black moor goldfish for my 60 gallon tank for the first time and Paige gladly stepped in to help me! I love how she asked all the right questions about my setup, which indicates how much she cares for the animals! I hate how animal employees nowadays just sell animals without a care in the world! Who knows ? A customer could’ve been placing a black moor goldfish into a 10 gallon tank !!!! Thank you Paige for all of your help !!!

Don't waste your time with the groomers. If you ask a specific question, expect the groomer to tell you what you want to hear and then BLATANTLY LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT WHAT THEY TOLD YOU!! I will not be taking my dog to this location!!!

Location seems to be short staffed, on multiple occasions, I have had to chase an associate to get some assistance.
