This is the worse petco and they have the worse VETCO staff ever!!! Today I walked in waiting 20 mins to be attended and sign in for my appointment at 3pm they took us in at 3:30 answering another customers questions and making others wait. When I said mam’ we all have been waiting for to be signed in for our appointments that were scheduled she responded with such an attitude and went and told the other vets which started giving my kittens attitude. The vet assistant named Helene N. came and gave me my paper work and said “next time take your kittens to a full service because they are not allowed to come here due to their behavior” LOL!!!!! Didn’t you study to become a VET one day? aren’t you a professional and you got scared over a little “hiss” I will never ever come here again this is the worse petco I I have ever experienced . If you love your pets don’t take them here to get shots they will take out their anger on your pets just like how they did to mines. Disgusting

I was in Katy Texas visiting friend from Illinois. We topple our dogs there looking for an easy walking harness for her Rottweiler. Yay, we found it. Store was clean checkout was quick enough.

I wished I knew the lady who checked me out. She was very helpful and tild me about the cushion for the crate I purchased. She took me over to the cushions and went over the different options. She was very helpful. You don’t find customer service like this now days.
Later that same day i used your online support to assist with me getting my password reset. Again I had the same experience. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

I went here strictly for the Saltwater fish selection. I was happy to see that they had a small area, which was surprisingly clean. The one complaint was that there was only 1 young girl working! In the whole store! She was doing her best to attend to the long line of customers she had, Store Management needs to get it together, 1 person? Think of how much business you are losing bu not helping all your customers.
