They were very friendly and helpful. They also took the time to explain everything and answer questions, even dumb ones, about care, feeding, and maintenance. Glad I stopped there!

Luckily I found this vet in Google opened at 8am other places would open later, I called to see what the process was I don’t remember the lady name but was very sweet & informative & I informed her that I was heading over there when I got their they already knew who I was & checked the doggy sadly it didn’t have a chip the lobby was gorgeous! Definitely recommend this vet I live a bit far out so I wouldn’t be able to go to it but it had great service!

I recently had to put down my oldest dog and it was somewhat sudden, I called a little before they closed and they still squeezed me in and were in no rush at all to get me out of there they let me spend as much time as I needed with him and even fed him some chocolate!! Not only did they make me feel welcome and comfortable in such a tense sad moment, They made me confident that they would take care of him. I knew they would take him and treat him with care, love , and respect, Afterwards they sent me a very very heart warming post card signed by everyone in the office. It showed me they not only care for animals but their clients and visitors as well for whatever reason it may be. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or experience when dealing with something like this. 5 out of 5 starts 10 out of 10 rating. Will never take any of my other dogs anywhere else again.

Kindred Care Pet Hospital
7039 FM 1464 Suite #240, RichmondDr. Fidelis and his amazing techs are top tier. Our family can not thank him enough for the great care he has given our beloved doggo. Being new to the area, in the beginning of 2023 when my 4-year-old boxer mix came down with symptoms that had him weak and not himself , we're thankful Dr. Fidelis was near by to help our Cosmo. Dr. Fidelis was able to pinpoint and execute a treatment plan within 48 hours of us visiting, Dr. Fidelis was able to find a treatment even with us giving some pushback and hesitation . He championed for Cosmo, it was a drastic change we saw my poor Cosmo slowly but surely get back to his old self. Because of his condition we visit the Kindred Care hospital on a regular basis and I'm so glad the supporting staff has come to welcome Cosmo and spoils him with treats and care. I highly recommend Kindred Care when it comes to getting the best care for your fur babies, they will be in great hands.

I continue to bring my dog here for day care and boarding, and she comes home happy and calm but not exhausted. You can see that the staff all genuinely love the dogs and know them as individuals. By the way, I have 3 precious frenchies who are my world and I'm very particular about their care, feedings, enrichment, their exposure to the sun, etc. Deanna and Sophia have made me feel comfortable each time my babies visit and even when I had to travel to Alaska recently for work. I can only speak for this location, but I will say they take excellent care of my babies!

We were there to celebrate a birthday and we ordered as soon as we got there due to being told there was a "huge" party that just sat down. We still had to wait over an hour to get our food. And when we asked about it, we were just give the run around and told it was because of the 75 top that came in but then we were told it was because of the 25 top (and told there was no 75 top). It was just a little disappointing because we could not completely celebrate the birthday with everyone, due to prior commitments.
Food was coming out at different times. We had 3 children and only 2 meals came out and the other child had to just watch as the other two kids ate their food.
Texas borders did comp one dish but that was it.
After all that said, we love Kelly the owner. The food is normally very good. Service is normally good. Just disappointing with how we were treated on this particular day.
We do not know when we will be back to be honest.
