The store is ok but the cashier wouldn't take my package as she said you can not mail a non flat item in a bubble mailer using forever stamps. I've done it multiple times before and like 4 times since. theres just no reason for her to step out of line like that.

It's sad because I've had similar experiences.. I thought it was just me but nope. Read the reviews and ignore the obvious FAKE reviews. This lady was even rude while publicly replying to bad reviews left by others. Save yourself some time. Some people in that pecan grove shopping center tend to be VERY rude and ENTITLED!

If I could give less than one star, I would. The lady who owns this place really needs to work on her customer service skills because she has none. She’s rude and never helpful. I went in to drop off a pre-paid postage package for FedEx. It was an Apple Watch that I had to have replaced. So, until Apple gets the old watch returned, they placed a hold on my account for the cost of the watch, which I understand. Because of this, I asked the lady when I went to drop off my pre-paid package if I could get a receipt so I had proof that I sent the watch back to Apple. She told me that she does not give receipts because she does not work for FedEx. If I wasn’t worried about having proof of my return, I could have dropped my package off in the FedEx drop off box by my office. I would have had a better experience dealing with the drop off box than the lady at Pecan Grove Postal. I ended up leaving her store and dropping my package off at the postal place by Kroger in Rosenberg. Super nice guy and had no issue giving me a receipt to show proof of my drop off. Was also nice enough to let me know that I’d missed today’s pick up but it would go out tomorrow. I do not know how this lady is still in business after all these years with the horrible reviews she has. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else!

The reason to go there is to work with someone knowledgeable.I was told package would arrive in 7 days and told I could track it. Package didn’t arrive and tracking info was blank..When I inquired, I was told “oh they are very often late, it could be a month”. ?. And “oh, they quit scanning packages so there’s no tracking info”.Why did you not tell me the truth before I shipped?The response was “you got a tracking number”.Seriously? When you knew good and well it was worthless. And that delivery’s were routinely seriously delayed.Sorry. I’ll never go back.

Absolutely the worst decision I have made this holiday season. That old lady hosed me for an extra $50 to ship a package to Utah! Avoid this place like the plague, she will give you the classic small business sob story. But there is a reason that store is failing…couldn’t happen to nicer crooks.

Have used this postal service location for 13yrs. Owner/operator is ALWAYS friendly, professional, accurate, gives great suggestions for mailing. We have boxed, she has boxed, priority mailed passports, Xmas gifts, online shopping returns, etc. Mailed by UPS, FedEx, USPS. If go there 10a-2p, usually no lines & open 6days/wk. My church even used mailbox in this store. This is BEST mail station I have used. Thanks for your continued excellent service. Ms Bradshaw

This is not an ALL service post office. They do not have priority shipping boxes. That was a bummer to find out and felt like a waste of time. I wish it was not in the search as USPS for USPS.

The personnel here is rude in the nicest way.. so sad. When you are working at a facility and all you want is a receipt of proof your pack was dropped off… and being told they don’t get paid to issue out receipts. WHY ARE YOU WORKING HERE just to sit down. People seriously need to check there manners and get with the way of LIFE! Do your job!

I cannot speak highly enough about this location and the owner. My daughter and her husband served in the Pacific for the USMC. Getting packages to her military address was outrageously expensive through any venue that I had explored prior to finding this place. Not only were her prices better, but she helped wrap and pack the gifts securely. She showed me how to track the packages, and what to watch out for in terms of sending things overseas to different military Bases. She stored my daughter's information for me so I didn't have to keep looking for it before sending it. When my daughter got stationed stateside, she was also able to update the information for me and secured the least expensive route to send it to her current Marine Corps base. I have also used her to send Christmas packages to my sister up north. It doesn't matter how fragile the object is, or how oddly shaped, the sweet lady packages it perfectly so it arrives safely every time! I could not be more pleased! I will definitely be returning here for all my shipping needs. As far as the owner goes, she is a gem. She has always been friendly, efficient, educational, and inviting to myself and my husband! I highly recommend Pecan Grove Postal for all your shipping needs!

I had to get my fingerprints taken and this location was the closest to me. At first, I read reviews and started second guessing about going here, but then I decided to give it a try because no one had a review about getting fingerprinted. As soon as I walked in, I walked towards the counter and was greeted by an employee an older lady. I immediately let her know I had an appointment for 10 am to be fingerprinted. The lady said we can do that right here as she logged in to the computer, asked for my confirmation number to enter it and told me to hold out my hands for some hand sanitizer. The employee walked me through the process and I was done. Quick and simple process if you need to get fingerprinted.
