I love my original location off hwy 6 in sugar land- but it’s ok. Great customer/product knowledge and up selling - truly - it was good. Idk - I feel like I paid more here but I’ll have to check on my records and price changes. Overall 4 ⭐️’s

Out of the 3 locations I've visited this is by far my favorite. Always clean, never a wait, And the young lady was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. It can Be intimidating for a guy to walk into a tanning salon But she made it very welcoming!!!

I'm waiting on management to call me. The young lady was so rude today and inconsiderate. There is a flier on the counter that she wasn't willing to honor. I asked for a manager to call me and she said no call corporate.

I love Palm Beach Tan and over the last few months when tanning at this location I have noticed I have to wait for a bed to be cleaned, wait for one of the girls to come out of the employee only office to check me in. This visit today, kind of made me think about finding another location to tan at. I walked in and no one heard the bell go off and had to go back to the room to ask one of the girls to check me in. They of course had to clean room. When I am finished tanning I always go to wash my hands and noticed every room down the hall was used and not cleaned, no paper towels in the restroom and when I walked out they usually say thank you for coming and they had the door half shut to the office so they couldn’t see me walk out.I really don’t want to find a new location because like this one. Like I said back in March and April this place was great on customer service, just seems like the young girls don’t care right now.Service: Tanning

Palm Beach Tan bought out Malibu and failed to notify the customers unless they came into the salon. The new owner set the terms and timeline and if you didn’t make it back in time to use the sessions that you’ve paid for, they are just lost. No matter the time frame, it’s only fair to provide what was paid for...

I have been tanning here since it was Malibu Tan. When COVID-19 hit, I froze my account for about a year until recently. It was a seamless process to get my account froze which I really appreciated. Like I said, I recently unfroze my account so I could start tanning again before summer gets here. The assistant manager was really friendly and helpful when getting my account unfrozen. I have never experienced any issues at Palm Beach Tan and they are always friendly when I come in. This store does get busy at times but as long as your mindful about what times you go in, you'll be just fine! Thanks, PBT.

If I could do no stars I would. I've been coming here for years and when it was Malibu Tan at least they had decent customer service. This place is trash. If you need to freeze your account or cancel make sure you do it by the 25th because of you are a day late they will not do anything to help you. I had been looking for a manager for 3 days to freeze my membership because I'm pregnant and on the 26th they charged me a whole months worth! I called the district customer service number and she was rude as well. They said there was nothing they could do. So basically charging me $65 for a month of NOTHING and wouldn't save a credit to my account for after I have my baby or anything. Didn't offer credits for anything like Malibu Tan had when I had my first child. They just kept saying "the contract you signed". I get that but you're a business and you could have at least offered a credit to insure I come back, especially since I had been trying to cancel for 3 days already. This place does not want or apparently need anyone's business. Disappointing that this is how they treat long standing customers.

This place is a nightmare since the switch from Malibu tan to Palm Beach Tan. I went from an unlimited $59 per month spray tan membership to a $59 plus you now have to pay for the solution each time membership now costing up to $200 per month. Not to mention the solution they use for the spray tan is hazardous to your skin. I would highly recommend checking the waiver you sign because it is different now. I only found out by accident as I brought my daughter with me 2 yr old as she was out from school with me and they quickly told me the chemicals are not safe to be in the same room. (Although I am in a booth and my daughter is in a chair in the room on her iPad there is chance she could inhale it in the air. The issue is she cannot sign a waiver leaving them not liable. I quickly asked wait what is it I am spraying on myself - what is this new solution you are using? When switching over you sign an electronic pad vs actually seeing the waiver. I asked for a print out and was shocked to see the several conditions this spray could cause including heart attack! If you have allergies, asthma, heart condition beware and talk to your doctor. By law you need to plug your nose and not inhale any fumes. As a company the just provide nose plugs to cover their butts and don't say a word about the danger or different hazard solution to your skin and lungs.Beware!PS when calling customer service they hang up on you and quickly get off the phone when confronted.Customer service is horrible - product is dangerous!!

Rude Service and %( monthly PLUS 20 EACH TAN!!!! Had a membership with Malibu still paid 10 dollars out of pocket ( which over a year including the monthly membership cost is outrageous) I went in NYE and she said BTW 20 per sunless tanning session!!!! WHAT!!!!! Almost 2 thousand a Year!? I live comfortable but would prefer it to stay that way! "DUMB Spending" where you get ZERO value on return.My money is better spent on a investment , I am canceling this membership! Better off going to BRONZE BAR 45 each tan but it is FLAWLESS
