Wanted me to pay extra to tape my box and even though I had a prepaid label they wanted to charge me, I’ve dropped off the same equipment boxes twice in 2023 I asked the lady if they recently changed to this and she said with management changing they implemented policies like that. It’s greedy and not worth it when i can go down the street to usps and they will scan my prepaid label and tell me have a great day! I will no longer give them my business

US PASSPORT RENEWAL NO STARS BUT YELP REQUIRES My husband and I went to get our passports renewed and requested expedited services. My husband's came within 3 weeks. Mine never came, had to go down town to find the lady didn't mark mine as expedited, and marked I never paid. Which I did because of the cancelled check. Needless to say the services I requested were not provided, and had to pay again for a passport! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

My recent experience with this shipping company can only be described as deeply disappointing and frustrating. I trusted them with an international package, but the entire process turned into a nightmare that left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of.The package was returned from customs because the shipping company failed to accurately note the contents of the box, despite having explicitly asked me for this information.When I brought the package back to them to fix the problem, they charged me another $50, which I paid with my credit card. But guess what? The package was sent back by customs again. When I asked what happened this time, They claimed to have no knowledge of why the package had been rejected, which was particularly concerning given their role as the shipping experts.When I asked for a refund of the $50 they charged me earlier, they gave it to me in cash. To me that seem like they were attempting to keep this transaction off the books.I had to go to USPS to finally get the package sent properly. They told me the shipping company had made a mistake with the barcode, which was causing all the problems. Also, the shipping company charged me $170 to send a 5lb package, which is much more than USPS and other companies charge.I had a bad experience with them because of their mistakes, lack of honesty, and high prices. I suggest looking for a better and more reliable shipping option.

In attempt to mail a small package less than 1 in high and 8 in by 8 in size, and weighing less than 1 American pound., Going to Ontario Canada, I have now lost $37.00 plus the package, plus the fact that they wanted almost the same amount of money just to have the package returned to me. The item was a collection of mineral samples from my collection that I was sharing with a Canadian neighbor. The PAKMAIL clerk asked how much was the worth, I figured at least $40. to cover my postage if lost. Well, when the package arrived in Canada, thru FED EX, the worth was listed as $1200 duty or approx $250.00 American. (An additional $250 for less than a pound of rocks? (worth actually ZERO? ) In America, that is called SCAM, not business. So far FED EX has given me run around... and this letter is to alert PAK MAIL of first filing of complaint for mishanding. So far, someone just decided to return to me and charge me postage. I have refused to pay postage, and filing complaint for FRAUD in postage handing. If this is the way that PAK MAIL, FED EX and the Canadian Gov postal service is deciding to handle business, then this will be reported to our USA Government Reps. Yeah, I know USA officials have their own problems... but bureaucracy in postal services has not and will not be tolerated.

Kylie working the front counter in Greatwood postal office , in Greatwood is the most efficient, personal , responsive , prompt , polite, ethical , kind sweet young lady they have had working there . I just want to say thank you so much to her and our new Mail Carrier for their assistance in the past two weeks . I rarely ever write reviews online, but today I felt compelled to provide some well deserved praise to Kylie at Pak Mail. I had a tricky return of a soundbar and subwoofer after I had thrown away the initial box they came in, due to the odd size combination of the two items. After the initial solution we'd come up with didn't work, Kylie went out of her way to come up with a new solution, called to inform me of the change, and sent me photos of the packaging and new shipping labels, etc. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning to this Pak Mail location for all my shipping needs.

I purchased a piece of art from a Houston auction company. The auction company recommended Pac Mail. I contacted them by email and found them very experienced in the picking up, packing and shipping process. My art arrived early and safely. Would certainly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.
