Just like the other one star review I’ve had the same problem. The threads that hold the tip to rest of the pen together don’t work. The mechanical pencil is junk. It’s brand new.

Pencils fall apart easily, erasers dry out and smear instead of cleanly eating as needed. Very difficult to contact company to see about warranty. Threads that should hold pencil together do not hold. Pencil then falls apart. Would like to know if pencils are warrantied against manufactures defects. Ideas of eraser that turns to retract and double click to advance lead and retract entire lead assembly is great. Needs bugs whirled ity. Feels good in my hand.
