I am a very disappointed customer. I made an online order for two quarts of 0w20 Valvoline, fully synthetic, motor oil, and asked my daughter to collect it on my behalf . She was given Mobil1 synthetic oil. I expect to be given what I ordered, not want they they want to promote. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

It’s been multiple visits to this locations before writing this review. One star for the day shift manager which sadly I believe is the store manager. Very unpleasant & unprofessional. Dislikes explaining or helping any customer with questions or doubts. Every other team member is awesome and VERY helpful. Sucks to deal with this kind of people when you work on your vehicle your self.

A few weeks ago, I visited that place and encountered a staff member with a very unpleasant attitude. I assumed it was due to a bad day, so I didn't react much since I needed their help. As a 19-year-old girl, I needed to find out what was wrong with my car through a diagnosis check. Unfortunately, the information they provided turned out to be incorrect, which was disappointing and a waste of money. Overall, I won't be returning to that place in the future.
