The older Asian gentleman who works at this location and told a customer, How would you like if I spoke to you in Chinese needs to get retrained or terminated. His tone and use of words might be triggering to a customer if they are not in the best of moods, and he will face some trouble. I understand you don't have the best of days but to treat customers disrespectfully definitely is not necessary. Also he even would talk back to his own colleagues in a rude tone as if he wad annoyed. The lady and yound mad at this location were the complete opposite and professional.

Isaac. I needed a new battery and he took the time to explain the differences between batteries and put it in my car. I’ve had this same experience at other O’Reillys and this time I thought I’d mention it.

This place sux website will say in stock but it's never accurate. It's only at this location other O'Reilly I have this issue. 100% sure employees are stealing or selling parts under the table no reason why inventory should be off this much all the time.

Amazing customer service! This place is manage and run by an amazing and honest staff. The store is impeccable. For someone like me who don't know about mechanics, having a place where you cango and trust in invaluable. Shout out to Cindy who helped me this opportunity with my battery issue. A+++

I ended up with a rather large puncture in my tire while traveling on 723 near this store last Wednesday (May 1st). The assistant manager on duty (horrible with names) was so nice and helped me put my spare tire on, as there was no fixing the issue with air leaking out of the tire very quickly. He saved my husband a 30+ minute trip over to help me take care of it. Customer service is hard to find these days, but was definitely greatly appreciated this evening.

I don't know how many managers are in the store, but the one who works in the morning you can see the bad attitude that he has.Hope the supervisor gets better personal for the job.I could say more about him, but he's not really nice at all.
