Won't answer phones or call back. Internet is always slow, but drops completely from about 8pm to 11pm.

To put it simply, this just isn’t modern internet. For reference, we have the next to “fastest” package which is 6mb/s download and 2mb/s upload and that’s $117 a month. That’s way overpriced for what you get, but they have the nerve to describe their service as “blazing fast” (that has to be false advertising when your “fastest” package is only 10 mb/s download right?). I’m sure those speeds were blazing fast 20 years ago, but they’re laughable now. Their service may be fine if you live alone and do very basic web browsing, but they simply can't handle for more than 2 devices to be doing anything internet related at the same time. The people of East Texas deserve so much better than this overpriced garbage. I gave an extra star for being the only provider in our area with unlimited data, that's the one thing they have going for them.

It’s been 3 days, 15+ phone calls, 4 messages and now on hold for the 2nd time today and I have YET to speak to a real person! No internet, no customer service and no desire to keep the customers they have! I can’t even cancel my service much less resolve an issue because no one will call me back!

While this broadband internet service is mainly available for rural areas, it has become a hassle trying to get in touch with someone regarding outages. Currently, their office hours are only Monday through Friday beginning at 11:00 am-7:00pm. There is no weekend technical help. For the price we pay for internet service, you would think a company cared about their customers, but that is the opposite with NDemand. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company based on the lack of customer service.
