Let me start by saying Tretisha is a blessing from up above. I was absolutely apprehensive about buying a new mattress and didn’t even know where to start. When I walked in, her calm demeanor instantly put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and I was able to get the mattress of my dreams! I’m so excited and THANKFUL for Tretisha.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm this morning. Tretisha was helpful, patient, and resourceful.
We were in search of mattress toppers that would ship to a po box. After I explained our situation, Tretisha found the type of toppers we wanted. She confirmed items aren't shipped to PO Boxes, and proceded to give us two other shipping options that fell within the required date.
We will return for future business.

The seller David was very patient and professional with us. Came at the store few minutes to closing time and he took his time to go through the mattress options and deals for the day.
