This is a long time coming since I have been a customer since the early days when Mario's was just opened.
With that said I can vouch for honest repair prices and helpful suggestions in the repairs I needed but one thing stands out there, they can match paint and do a fine overall job still to this day and stand behind their work.
With one exception as their customer I ended up at the Dealer in town, that review is posted and taught me a lesson about "Dealer" standards and "Quality of work".. Never again is all I can say about "The Dealer" being the last stop in repairs and body work without a doubt.
I don't know what I will do when they [A Mom and Pop" operation from day one] decide to retire and once again I am out there on my own seeking a Body shop up to the standards they maintain and have maintained for decades...

So I called this location twice and both times it sounded like a little child answering the phone and not only that but according to the person or child that answers the phone either does not convey the message to Mario the owner or Mario Dgaf 🤔 simply when asked a question so don't come to this place customer service is not a priority. Visit Johnny's mobile auto easy simple and mobile. Hassle free!!!! This place does not care about folks without insurance they want those who do so they can charge endlessly on crap that is not needed on your vehicle.

We only take our cars to Mario's Paint and Body. They do excellent work and are very professional. Trust them to take care of us every time. So grateful to have them in the community.

Very poor service; the owner MARIO is mostly in bad mood and today although agreed previously when I bought the vehicle, he said he doesn’t want to do the job and just walked away! I barely said anything! I have used this facility two times and generally bad attitudes! Stay away! No place for rudeness!

They did the repair on my truck fender.The tire sensor wires were disconnected to do the repair.When I asked Tony to reconnect the wires he told me it wasn't included in the repair.I had to take the truck back to his shop because the tailgate wouldn't open as well. This shop is unprofessional they do terrible work. Find another shop.

Friendly, fast, professional and quality work at best price! Paint transfer on fender from a little "brush" with the garage door frame. Took our car in Monday, it was out on Wednesday afternoon. Beautiful job, like new, perfect paint match. They buffed out the headlight lens cover (perfect!) instead of replacing it at $1800! And, before picking it up they cleaned the car outside and in! Highly recommend!

Mario and Linda are good people. They always help as best as they can and do a great job repairing the vehicle. This was the third time I got one of my car's repairs from them. Highly recommend

I met Mario for the first time the other day. This man treated me like family. He was fast, fair, honest, and just a great person all around. I will, unfortunately, need body work done on another vehicle, but I have no reservations about giving more business to Mario's. They are awesome!

Horrible place to take your vehicle for auto body repair. They are always in a hurry to get you out the office or off the phone. Always giving you the run around for everything. Took them almost a month just to get an estimate and parts. At the time to drop my vehicle off for repair, i was sent to enterprise with no reservation code and could not get a rental due to after business hours. I was left without a vehicle, had to catch a ride back to Mario’s where i then cancelled and the lady in the front office didn’t seem to care, and gave me my keys back with no hesitation. Horrible customer service, and doesn’t care about their customers needs. I will never use or recommend them to no one.
