I was waiting in line and saw a man fussing about buying tape even though he was kindly explained that amazon says it needs to be packaged by the buyer. Come on people it is 2023 and you are a grown man and you cant do it? People are a joke and rude now and days. This is a business not a place to get free things. Despite the attitude the staff gets and the pressure to perform while understaffed they do their best for the next customer! Loved their ability to still be friendly after getting yelled at by cheap/broke people with no morals or manners. Take it out on amazon not on these kind people. Keep up the good work! Its better to come here than the post office.”

“Absolutely great customer service! I've used this place several times and always had excellent service. These folks are there to help you get what you need done. I've even dropped off USPS packages that were delivered by mistake to my house and they had no problem helping get it back to USPS without me having to go through the hassle of going to the post office. Highly recommend them.”
