I have recommended everyone I know. Tony and Ross are the best. They are honest and reliable. They gave me their honest opinion and actually helped me find a new car when my car was not worth the repairs. I have never had a car shop that would be so honest! I can’t thank them enough. Tony is so positive and so helpful. He answers all my questions. Ross is amazing and answers all my questions plus he referred me to the best sales person when I purchased my new car. Neither of them know how much of a difference they have made for me personally and I can’t thank them enough!!!!

My Original review was *They aay they open at 8 on Saturdays, but it's almost 8:30 and no one is here* however recently i have Spoken to and we talked about the issue that I had and they were willing to work out future problems so that it doesn't happen to other people in the future. They give pretty precise estimates on wait times so that hasn't been an issue and even work with your time schedule as long as it is within reaspn.

I came first time and As soon as I came into shop for the inspection, the guy on the counter was angry and not talking to me in a proper way like you do with customer. Bad experience and don’t wana go again.

Service was great. I made an online appointment. However, I was told the online appointment process doesn't work. Walk ins and first come first serve is their current process. I was able to get my oil change done pretty quickly.

Update: Dishonest management. I was told my brakes needed to be replaced when they truly did not. It was my mistake for trusting them. Their mistake for being dishonest. They’ve lost a customer.

I called this place a day prior and wanted to make an appointment for an state inspection for my car. I asked the guy on the phone what time would be the best time for me to come in the next day. He said, well we open at 7 in the morning.
I arrived 7am the next morning, and a guy name Tony opened the business basically told me that they don’t start state inspections until 8 am in the morning and I was lying about being told to show up at 7 am. Avoid this place, this guy Tony had a real bad attitude, so I went to the business across the street called Car Care USA, and got treated like a valued customer.
Now I understand why Car Care USA usually have more customers than Lame meadows car care.

Person at the front desk didn't seem interested in my business. Never faced me to talk to me directly. Spoke in a 'matter of fact" manner.
