I’ve never experienced a level of customer service like I have with this place. The staff bent over backwards to ensure we were taking care of with our emergency need to store our property. They took the time show us their available storage units and covered all their security measures that made us feel more than comfortable leaving our precious valuables in their care. The owners and staff were some of the nicest people we’ve ever met and made us feel like family. The pricing is spot on and they have been available at all times to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable during this move. Their location is prime and we are so happy to have discovered this amazing local family business.

This is a local family-owned business with great service and the best prices in the area. Mary and Gene take care of the property and are obviously proud of what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Our family has a storage unit here and were so impressed with the manager, Mary. She is friendly and efficient. The property did not flood during Hurricane Harvey and that made me feel secure in leaving my possessions there. The whole property is immaculate and it is so easy to enter when I need to. Great place!

Love this place! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love that the staff is there on the premises, a bug plus! The location great and the units and grounds are maintained. You get all of this for an amazing price! What more can you ask for than this! Would recommend my family and friends here!

Fantastic experience...the manager, who lives onsite, was very helpful, the prices are competitive. The property is very well maintained with great security. I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings on this property. The parking lot is really large, so it made it very easy for the moving truck to maneuver. From what I understand, this property has never flooded...so that adds peace of mind.

Bad customer service, unprofessional,. The lady at front desk is rude, she either doesn't want business or she has issue with anger. I called to ask if they have a 10x30 unit available, she just straight out said they don't have that size and wouldn't even want to introduce me what other large size they have. I had to ask her what's the largest size they have and asked what is the price range. She said she already told me the price a week ago so she's not willing to tell me again. I hope she understand there're numbers of storage near by, she should consider working on a better service before they go out of business.
