I’ve been coming to this shop consistently for all of my vape/smoke/incense/pipe/delta 8/Kratom needs. The wonderful Indian brothers who own the store are by far some of the friendliest people in Houston. Charlotte is wonderful as well. Great staff, great atmosphere, amazing prices. I’m always greeted with a smile and when they ask me how my day is, they actually care about my answer. It’s rare to find such welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest vape shop owners, I know because I’ve tried different shops all over town, as I travel for work. I always end up back at light it up vape shop!

Best vape shop in the Richmond/ Houston area!! The 2 Indian gentlemen who own the store are so kind, helpful, honest, and incredibly creative! I should have left this review years ago. I’ve had the honor of getting to know these brothers as well as watch their business blossom and grow. There is nothing that these kind souls wouldn’t do to help someone. Best products, consistent stock, and very competitive prices. I won’t shop anywhere else. 10/10!

Is this place under new ownership? The two Indian (?) Men in the store this afternoon were completely unknowledgeable as I overheard them telling a customer misinformation and attempting to sell the wrong product to the customer. We miss the young lady who is usually there!!! She was awesome!!!!

Went to the shop yesterday and had a great experience. Picked up two products, the gentleman that helped me was nice, knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer any questions or concerns of mine. Awesome store, will be back!
