I love going to this store and we're new to Texas. I also signed up for the Boost membership and love getting a discount on gas. This store is great plenty of selection and good prices with friendly employees. ? I love it very much and will continue to go as it's convenient and often not too crowded!

I like to shop here because there are very good discounts and the fruit and vegetable area is very well organized and fresh with local products, every week they have new offers with their membership (it's free) and coupons that you can find online or right there at the store. It is a little small but there is everything you need, I don't recommend the cookies they make there but I do recommend the pumpkin bread and the chocolate-flavored tres leches cake, they are very good

Nice clean store. Most of the advertised items are in stock. Friendly employees. Has a huge parking lot with access to Kroger fuel station. One of my favorite grocery stores.

I have been a customer at this location for many years. Recently, I bought expired juice, milk several times, and their fruits are terrible. Yesterday, the casher checked out the wrong thing, though he noticed it he still wanted to fool me.

Dirty bathroom and overall dingy atmosphere. HEB is so much better.

The worst shopping experience at the customer service desk.I usually buy milk in a glass bin. The lady at the customer service desk told me "go home. We cannot accept this" after she noticed that I did not clean a bottle thoroughly.I did not want to go home with empty bottles. So, I rinsed my 2 empty bottles in the store, and went back to the customer service desk. This time she said, "you just rinsed it. You have to wash it in the dishwasher." I have no idea what to say.I thought about what I should do next for a while, then, I went back to the customer service desk and asked "I wanna talk to the store manager about this "(washing empty bottles and) return policy." The old lady said "he is in a meeting all day" and accepted bottles for refund. This is full of jokes. Why did she mean to the customer like this? It is not the manufacturer's responsibility to clean a bottle for reuse? So far, she is the only one who told me "wash an empty bottle in the dishwasher before returning it," though.

Clean. Self checkout was open, but I didn't have many items, so I was okay with that.

There were lots of people checking out with lots of groceries while only one regular lane was open. The rest were self-checkout, which only has room for four full bags of groceries. Some parents can’t go “big” shopping until after 8pm, when we’re finally gloriously ALONE while the other parent stays home with the kids. Please consider opening more regular checkout lanes, please. This self-checkout stuff is a headache. Also, it’s just weird and sort of sad to see a whole line of dark, unused checkout lanes. We’re not on lockdown anymore. Open them back up.This store is pretty clean and there’s not a ton of stuff cluttering up the aisles. However, the produce section is weird. You can’t really see it from the rest of the store; it’s partitioned off in front corner of the store which you can only enter from the outside edge or from the beer aisle. The produce section becomes especially invisible after 8pm, when the entrance which opens up to this section is locked.Tonight, fruit flies were buzzing around all the raspberries and even inside the raspberry containers. The fresh strawberries were mostly bruised and looked old. Bags of baby carrots in the refrigerated cases were dried out. The green peppers were soft and going wrinkled. This particular Kroger does usually have a lovely and healthy selection of potted plants outside, though.

Please train your staff again so they remember to put all the groceries/gift cards in the bags.
