However, experiences with customer service, particularly for help with the Kroger app, have been frustrating for some. Requests for in-person help at the customer service desk have been ignored or met with disinterest, with customers being directed to call a helpline that has long waiting times. Everything was in good shape and in stock and well organized. I mostly wish they carried more prepared and packaged foods with fewer chemical flavors and preservatives.
