I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in asking about a style for my daughter. I don’t know a lot about braids so I wanted to be sure her hair was sufficient for the style. One stylist asked the other stylist to look at my daughter’s hair so I would know the best style to get. She was rude and basically ignored the request and said she had a client. I am a professional so I understand. It would have been better to say please I have a client but if she could come back at x time I would be glad to provide a consult. I felt that no business should act this way. It left my daughter hurt because she was so excited to get her hair braided. I will be sure to not ever come back.

I came for a retouch. The atmosphere was very calming and pleasant. The braid technician did and awesome job on my braids. I have very fine and thin hair. She made sure that she braided in a way that would not pull my hair . I am very pleased.

Awful braids, falling apart, coming loose at the ends. Requested a refund and was blocked. They requested to pay full price before services rendered. My braids were all sizes and lengths! Stay AWAY!!

I normally love my hair but today I got crochet braids and the stylist used a braiding pattern that prevents me from putting the hair up. I paid $120 plus $70 for the hair. I'm sickened about how much money I wasted because I'm taking it down immensely. Maybe crochet braids aren't their specialty so it's my mistake for going to them for a style they seem less familiar with. I'd go back but never for crochet braids.

I am a repeat client - always a positive experience. When I first started getting my hair braided by this team; my hair was about 1 inch around the back and sides. Fatima was able to catch it and secure box braids that lasted 4+ weeks.
Every braider has been so nice and welcoming. They offer client chips and soda, I constantly hear the braiders checking in on their clients, "Are you okay?"
My favorite part is how when a style is complete- the other braiders all shower compliments.
I love this place!!!

The web site prices did not match the price we were charged. The web said $165 but we were charged $220 for medium shoulder length kinky twists. (I paid $200 the last time for small bra length.) Also they didn't have the hair available we had to leave and go get hair although the web said they had the hair we would be using. My hair is very fine, thin, and soft and the stylist commented on this to the other stylist that was assisting with my hair but yet they were pulling and braiding so tight pulling my hair in two different directions. My hair was so tight that I had to come home and remove several braids around the edges to prevent me from losing hair. This was my second time going here and the first time we had issues. I decided to give them another try but after this time I won't be going back.

Zero stars!! This business is very unprofessional, I do not recommend!!! I made an appointment for my son's back to school twists. They rescheduled us three times and when we showed up, the braider said she could not do the basic 2 strand twists after we had already sent a picture of the style and the appointment was confirmed. Unless you're booking $300-400 braids, they dont want to work. They do not respect customers' time. Unless you have spare time to waste, don't book with this business. I see from the other reviews, others have had the same negative experience. I wish I would have read the reviews first.Service: Twist braids

Came in for a two strand twist. Very simple but upon arrival one of the workers didn't even greet me but instead gave me a nasty look. I sit down in the chair and she hands me a brush to brush my own hair. I didn't come here to do my own hair that's what I'm paying you for. Then after I had brushed out half my head already she says she can't do anything with my hair. Like wow thanks how about telling me you're unable to do your job before you have me comb out half my hair and now half my head looks crazy.

I scheduled an appointment a week prior for my daughter to get a certain braid style. I spoke to someone through text, sent her a picture of the desired style and she confirmed with me that someone would be able to do it. On the day of the appointment, my daughter sits down in the chair and the they start on her hair, a few braids in, my daughter realized that the style was nothing like the style she wanted. So the lady that was initially braiding her hair stopped and told her that she wouldn’t be able to do her hair, and that no one else was available to do the style. If no one could do this style I should’ve been informed of this PRIOR to scheduling after I sent the picture of the desired style. That was a complete waste of time, and if your wanting anything other than regular BOX BRAIDS do not come here. And the style was simple feed in braids.In response to the OWNER: Honey, the style was feed in braids, your employee was doing simple corn rolls. Which was not the style my daughter was wanting, she did three braids before my daughter told her to stop. it didn’t take her two hours to do three braids. As I said before, I spoke to someone a week prior, sent the picture of the desired style in and she confirmed with me. So yes, it was a waste of time, maybe you need to invest in braiding classes for your stylist so they’ll have more knowledge in other braid styles. Your response was very unprofessional and just goes to show how your business is run.Service: Braids
