I dropped off my chain and cross to be deep cleaned after 3 years of the original purchase. I picked up both my chain and cross today, and noticed in the crevices of the cross seems to look like metal as if the cross is silver plated. The chain has a dull look to it which was shinier before I brought it in. According to the employee, she had mentioned that I can leave it there again to be deep cleaned again which does not make sense if that was originally the intention of leaving it there the first time. The employee also mentioned that I can trade both the chain and cross in for 50% off a new one, when originally there was nothing wrong with it originally. I lost trust in James Avery.

When I went to get my first James Avery charm bracelet the people there were so nice. Also there prices are expensive but they are totally worth it.

I've been getting James Avery jewelry my whole life, practically. And though their prices have increased, the staff at this location are just wonderful! Very helpful and can handle big orders.

I will definitely agree with a Chisom Okories review that she made 8 months ago. As a black women I received the same rude and careless treatment that she spoke about & I have countless James Avery pieces. Will not be returning here even though it’s the most convenient location for me. Also when I received my rings back there was pink residue left in the crevices. If I wanted to do something half a** I would’ve done it at home.

I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now. I have to tell you how incredible the service was I received from James Avery Bella Terra. The women in there took care of me like I was family. I spoke to at least three different women on separate occasions and each one of them were so genuinely kind. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I could not have asked for better service!

Completely empty store on a weekday afternoon, and the two older women present at the front didn’t even bother to acknowledge me beyond glancing in my direction when I walked in and waited at the counter. I had made a previous large purchase at another location, and needed assistance with charms for a gift bracelet and polishing for a pair of rings. Definitely will not be back for any kind servicing or purchases at this location.

On the website it shows that they open at 9am. It's is 9:18am and they are still closed. There are workers in the store. TIME IS MONEY.
