Mixed emotions but ended up in a good note
I went in for a diagnostic on my engine, because it was shaking, but not misfiring, they checked it out and told me what was wrong, but that they couldn’t fix it themselves so there would be no charge +1 star (it’s because it had aftermarket parts)
But when I got into my car to start it up BOOOM POP POP POP, backfiring and missing like crazy, so I walk in and tell them that it was not like that when I came here, and the guy at the front desk said they did nothing but tighten the spark plugs and that it was running like that from the beginning, 3 hours later I talked with the manager and had a nice person walk ALL THE WAY over from o’Reilly’s just to test the car herself, an hour later I get it back on the lift and it turns out they didn’t fully put the spark plug wire back on, they where nice, didn’t charge me or push me away and they fixed it, 4 hours of unnecessary stress, but I got the info on why my car is shaking, Thank you for working with me and all I have to say is just double check.

this place has absolutely zero integrity, i had problems with my charger alignment awhile back and they told me what parts i needed to get it fixed, replaced all components and still the problem remains. my brother took in his mustang for a diagnostic and when he gets the vehicle back his check engine light is on and his car sounds like its about to give out. yet integrity has no clue how it came to this after they tightened his spark plugs which they didnt even have permission to do.save your money and time, this place is a joke
