Theres no air conditioning and some of the workers are too old to know how to do taxes properly. The 1099 form did not need to be printed but they were still insistent on having it already printed out. Needless to say liberty taxes had no problem printing it off the irs website. Hire better people

Read their reviews, and they were great until I actually got down to using their services. Paid for their service as well as selected debit/payment using my bank account, and they did a s*** job of helping me get through my tax year. My assigned tax person was Melissa Therrell who didn't bother answering any of my tax questions. Then got a letter saying my balance due for taxes wasn't pay, and now I have to pay a penalty. Marilyn Mills didn't do jack squat in helping me or answering my questions. She went MIA for 2 days then tossed me to a "Pragni" who after 1 WHOLE week still hasn't contacted me to fix my non payment and penalty issue. This place is full of s*** who doesn't care about fixing their mistakes.
