I would give this place a negative but that would still be too many points. They advertise plants and trees they DO NOT have for prices that ARE NOT valid. When confronted by their incompetence, the manager, Eduardo, blames the owners for not updating their inventory and and signs...instead of apologizing for the error, he rips up the sign as if I didn't take a picture already...SMH...spend your money elsewhere...not one employee knew what they had in the inventory or the price...flat out lazy and told me to find it myself...will never be coming here again.

I love that place. Would have given 5 stars but nobody was around to help. There was help wanted signs so I don't think it was their fault. Other than that, great prices on everything.

This place is my mother's favorite, especially because of her passion for gardening. For her, planting flowers is not just a hobby; it's a delightful way of life. We’ve explored many flower markets, but the value here is truly unparalleled, with prices generally lower than those in other places, yet the quality remains exceptional.
Every time we step into this flower market, we are greeted by a vibrant array of blossoms and lush greenery, making it feel like we’ve entered a thriving garden. The plants here are meticulously cared for, growing healthy and robust. My mother excitedly wanders from stall to stall, selecting her favorite flowers and plants.
Each visit, we end up buying a multitude of plants, as if we are bringing new life into our home. She makes this trip almost every week, treating it like a visit to dear friends. If there were a rewards card or membership program, it would add even more joy, allowing her to enjoy shopping while benefiting from discounts and surprises! This place is not just a venue for purchasing plants; it’s a paradise where she connects intimately with nature.

Poor customer service!! NOONE speaks English! No one could help me locate the plant I wanted, tell me how to take care of it. I had to google everything. Also, it looks like the plant was sick. It is almost dead by now.

Completely useless location. Unless you know for a fact they have what you need and you just need to ring it up and go, don’t waste your time here. They can’t be bothered to look off their phones to help you with anything. You’ll be wasting your time. Selection also sucked.

Purchased lawn fertilizer & a simple rotary spreader. The spreader fell apart while using the first time. I thought it would be a simple trip back to get the $14.99 refund. All employee could do was point to ALL SALES ARE FINAL on receipt. Asked for a manager /boss / el jefe. Was told maybe Saturday (this was Thursday).
No one speaks any English (convenient).
Recommend all take their business elsewhere. Enjoy the $14.99 and lost customer.

Went this past Sunday to pick up plants for our back flower bed. I had a cart full of plants so went to check out and the person at the register couldn’t tell me what credit cards they accepted. I asked him if he spoke English and all he did was shake his head. I left the cart and walked out. Even though most of the employees do not speak English you would think that the cashier, the one that your customers see and takes your money would know how to speak English. I won’t be going back. What a terrible way to run a business.

I experienced disappointing customer service. Approximately 10 days ago, I purchased four plants. Despite providing consistent care to all of them, one of the plants, which is of the same variety as another, has not shown any growth or signs of life. When I returned to the store today, hoping to replace the non-thriving plant and possibly purchase additional ones, my request was unfortunately denied. This refusal was a significant letdown.
