I came into this Hobby Lobby locations couple of weeks ago at10247 W. Grand Parkway South Richmond to look for something small to hold live plants in an aquarium, and the employee name Mr.Curtis was very kind, just phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond to make sure that I as a customer had what I needed before I left the store. This man is a true model, of what giving great customer service is all about. Please store manager recognize this man for providing excellent customer service. I give him 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
