Love this heb. When I come in I'm always looking for my cashier JerriLyn P she is the greatest very nice and polite she greets all her customers with a smile. She's also fast and efficient. Give her a raise.

I want to start with a thank you to HEB for their great service and products. I am using your curbside service, and it's a lifesaver for someone like me with little to no free time. However, I have been experiencing customer service issues with the morning employee who wears glasses and appears to be middle-aged.One month ago, my routine was to go to the gym at five in the morning, and after that, I would pick up my order at H-E-B at seven in the morning. Sometimes I would arrive a little early, around 15 minutes, and I would send a text message to let them know I'm in line and waiting. On that occasion, the employee unlocked the door with an attitude, approached my car, and said, "Hey, sir, you know we open at 7 AM." I acknowledged this, and he left. I let it pass for that time.Today, the same scenario occurred. I arrived a little early, around 6:45, and I sent a text message. The employee looked at me from behind the door, unlocked it again with an attitude, and came out to me, saying, "Sir, your order is not ready yet. You know we open at seven." I confirmed that I understood and explained that I was just waiting. He asked if I wanted to wait, and I said yes. He looked at me, started laughing, shook his head, and left. Two minutes later, another customer cane and they opened the door, and they started delivering the orders. The lady who delivered the order to my trunk was extremely nice, and I apologized to her for being the first customer of the day. She reassured me and said not to worry about anything.I am the district manager for another business, and I know customer service very well. I have some concerns. First, I didn't knock on your door and demand my order. There was no need for you to approach me with an attitude and inform me that you open at seven. I was just a little early and waiting there. If you had delivered my order a little early instead of standing around doing nothing, with your hands in your pockets, waiting for 7 o'clock, it would have made your job easier. You wouldn't have been bombarded by 20 cars at seven in the morning, and you wouldn't have been in a rush.I used to be a manager, and if I saw customers waiting outside my shop, I would go to each of them individually and tell them that we would be opening shortly. This would always put a smile on their faces, and they would say, "Absolutely, take your time."In conclusion, customer service is free. You don't have to sell any products, and I don't understand why people get frustrated with someone who arrives a little early and doesn't ask for anything. They are just waiting.......

Love HEB, but:What's with the ground beef packaged 0.86 lbs, 1.35 lbs, and 4 lbs when every recipe in the US uses increments of 1 pound. Is this an effort to get us to not notice the latest price rise (note:it did not work), or an effort to sell us more beef than we need?

The store is organized and clean but incredibly disappointed in the customer service provided in the bakery. I asked the two ladies for pricing on a custom cake (after browsing the book) and they just said the cakes have different prices… while continuing to do what they were doing. I proceed by saying I had a specific cake in mind already and they looked annoyed and continued to do their other work. It seems like they were getting to stoping point, but they never said if I can wait for a second. The initial response was annoyance for the interruption. At that point I lost interest and left. I was hoping I could appoint this location for all my cake needs but that won’t be happening anymore.

My favorite heb! Quick stop and it has everything I need. One thing I think that stands out the most is that the produce is always sooo cheap and great quality! The workers here are also all so friendly and super helpful! That's what makes a great store, especially if it's Texas made! Highly recommend and don't be discouraged by its size.

I have been shopping with HEB ever since I moved to Texas 24 years ago! HEB has very reasonable prices, promotions, local produces, etc. Meat price is the best among local stores. Now we have this newer HEB in the neighborhood. It is such a clean and very convenient store. Loved it!The only thing that I would suggest to the management is to improve customer service. Some HEB locations used to require the cashiers to greet their customers and often a front manager was walking around to make sure checking out process is quick.

This is my favorite H-E-B not only for the cleanliness but it for the customer service. Everyone is always nice but today especially I was greeted by Juan who assisted me is finding my spices and then took my return for me. Thanks so much for going above and beyond Juan!

I got there a little after 9am and spent about 5 min in front of "Services" trying to find someone to ask about getting my car registration renewed only to be told they don't open until 10am and cannot help me. So I went across the street to Kroger and was in and out in 10 min because they open at 8am like all other grocery store "Services." If you need anything done before 10am, don't go to this HEB, go to Kroger across the street.

Today I went for groceries & noticed a sign that States, buy a HEB ham & receive a coupon for a free turkey. I made my decision based on this add. I purchased a qualifying ham & continued. After checking out I did not receive a free turkey. I went to Customer Service & was rudely told, no its not out yet. Return the ham if you don't want it. This was at 10:09. This is not how HEB operates. I am very disappointed. If the sign didn't clearly state the rules, I would accept that answer. But that's not how it was. Come on HEB, get it together.

I really really need to commend MAYANA from the bakery department. I came in to order cake for my son’s birthday on the same day and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the process and guided me in the right path. I gave her a picture of BLUES CLUES to put on my son’s cake and she advised it was wrong (copyright) and proceeded to search HEB’s system to find me the right/ appropriate picture. She really went above and beyond because in the past they’ll say no and proceed with other customers. At the end the cake came out well designed and you can see the attention to detail/TLC that was put in decorating the cake. She’s not just another baker, SHE’s an EMPLOYEE who deserves RECOGNITION! From my wife and I thank you very much!The best service I’ve ever had.This store and employee will be highly recommended to all my friends and family. Thanks again.

This location has its entire dairy section crammed into a back corner where it's harder to find and harder to get in and out of because it's easily jammed up with shopping cart traffic. IMO, it's badly laid out compared to other HEBs. The Pharmacy does a great job.

It seems this location doesn’t take their business seriously. They never seem to have items in stock that we frequently use and end up having to go to Fry Road to find them (and they haven’t been out yet). But Spring Green is more convenient to use. Also, today some bratty kids were playing around with a scooter and filming TikTok videos and ran into my wife. We reported this to a manager and they did nothing. Not only were they not concerned about injury to my wife… but there’s a scooter someone probably desperately needs that’s being used for joyrides!!
